Holiday Inn Express & Suites Greenville

I was visiting Greenville with a friend over a weekend in April 2024, and we had the opportunity to spend a Saturday night at this hotel. When we first arrived, it was a couple hours before the official check-in time. I just wanted to see if our room was ready. There was a bit of confusion because I was told that there's a $10 fee for checking in early. I didn't mind paying that fee for the sake of getting settled in early. After a few minutes, and after the front desk staff member spoke with the manager, I learned that the early check-in fee is $10 per hour... meaning I would have had to pay $20 to check in early. I was okay with $10 but not $20. No big deal... my friend and I left and did a few other things in town before we returned to the hotel to check in. When we came back to check in, the process went okay. Our room (#104) was clean and comfortable... no problems there. I can't speak to the quality of the breakfast because I ended up eating elsewhere, although my friend who stayed with me slept in and had a light breakfast before we checked out. It sounded from him like the breakfast was okay. Overall, we had a good stay. If I find myself needing lodging again in the future in Greenville, I wouldn't have any qualms about staying here again.

Really clean no frills hotel. Does have a small indoor pool and weight room (which looked nice but we didn't use).

What a great hotel. Everything was brand new and so so clean. Friendly staff and great beds. The "free" breakfast was out of this world. Such caring people run this hotel. From the front desk to the lady who wanted to make sure everyone got what they needed at breakfast. This was such a great hotel. Highly recommend if you are in the area. Make this your first choice!!

We stay here a few times a year and are always pleased-hotel is very well maintained-clean and comfortable-staff always friendly-good breakfast area-well stocked and also clean-all around great holiday inn property and look forward to returning

My family was placed here for nearly four months during the reconstruction of our house after it caught fire. The staff was always so helpful and caring. I’ve built a lifelong bond with some. We spent holidays here. One being our babies first Christmas. They allowed us to decorate our room to feel more at home. The rooms were clean, they helped the best way possible to make things convenient for us. They have onsite store, washing for laundry, and office equipment. There’s restaurants all around and local shopping. Great location.

This place is amazing as usual just as great as the last time we had stayed here earlier in the year. This time we needed a a place to stay so we wouldn't drive far the next morning to my grandpa's funeral. I will always stay here when going to see my family. The breakfast is above all others. The customer service is above all others as well.
