Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Greensboro, NC

Awful. People next to us loud and in and out of the room all night. Yelling in the hallway. We have had zero sleep. Called the front desk.

Overall, we had a nice time at this hotel. We did ask for a room with a king size bed. But we got a Handicapped room with 2 full size beds. Yet the room was neat and spacious. We liked the larger bathroom and the room seemed bigger than we expected. We were satisfied with that mix up. But as for the pool, it was horrid to look at because it hasnt been cleaned and ready for the spring or summer. Trash & debris floating in the pool. Next, the ONE elevator stuttered upon landing at your floor as though it was going to fall back down to the first floor. Then the carpets were buckling in some areas & the stairway, which could a trip hazard. Then, there are no comfortable sitting areas outside on the property other than a little bench at the front doors. Also, there are no cigarette butts containers to extinquish your cigarette or cigar. Butts were all over the back door entrances. The breakfast is mediocre so you might still want to get your breakfast somewhere else. We have been to a few country inn & suites and it seem like the quality has declined over the years. We hope there will be improvements made as far as the management, the amenities & quality of making these hotel chain place(s) look more up to par.

Y’all need to clean your rooms better.. found tissues behind the curtain, bathroom mirror had handprints all over it, and found a few ***** in the bathtub.. EWE. Oh and the walls are paper thin.

I needed my towels to be replaced during a 4 night stay. I never received my replacement towels that I requested. I was told that housekeeping wasn't available and that there aren't any clean.

Smelled like pot on my floor the entire weekend. The room itself was musty and stunk so badly.

The staff were excellent friendly, professional,and helpful. The staff even upon arrival made the stay worth being there However the lobby was nasty and the furniture was nasty, old. The lobby wasn’t clean at all the breakfast was nasty and did not consider other others dietary restrictions. We won’t stay here again. We know that employment within the hospitality division is understaff however if you want to provide quality you must give quality to employees to maintain the quality experience in your hotel.

Wish I had a known the condition of this hotel. It was ok, but there was rust around the bathroom door and stains on the carpet in the room.

The property doesn’t seem to be maintained as well as other country inn and suites I’ve stayed at. I opted into staying on the first floor for easy access (I was offered a room on the 3rd and 4th floor as well) and that was a HUGE mistake. The walls were very thin, I heard everyone that entered the hotel it seemed. I was also right next to the elevator. The fridge in the room did not close properly and their tea selection for breakfast was terrible (literally only one type of tea). For me those three things along with the modest accommodations of a 2.5 star hotel warranted my 2 star rating.

The ladies at the front desk were very kind. However, the room itself needed improvement. Hardly any lighting in the room, not many plug ins, had to unplug the coffee maker and microwave to use hair tools. The lamps in the room had two bulbs and one was burnt out, same as in the bathroom-only one working bulb. Beds were comfy and appeared clean. Another complaint is that the entire property smelled like ****. The “breakfast” was not worth it. It was a waffle maker and a juice machine along with some bananas and prepackaged muffins.
