Ulasan Sheraton Greensboro at Four Seasons

All good just front desk people not nice.

這間房不是很隔音，外面的人説話，隔壁房間關門都聽得特別清楚。裏面衞生也一般，就是勝在市中心，出門就是商圈，方便。

酒店很不錯，價格略微有點高，酒店房間乾淨整潔，酒店服務也很好，適合商務出差入住，就店內還有酒吧和飯店，用餐比較方便

位置比較方便 服務不太好 服務人員態度很差

This hotel had NO microwave anywhere in the building for patrons. I will never choose this hotel again. The elevators were confusing (A,B,C tower). I wish that was clear bc if I had known there would be no microwave I would never have selected this hotel. I will always avoid this hotel as a result. Patrons have takeout and may want to utilize a microwave to warm up their food. That’s fair!!

Facility was super nice. Restaurant inexpensive and good. Very pleased as I didn't know Greesboro had a place like this. Will definitely stay here next time I come.

Good stay overall. It’s a big place with good quality amenities. Conveniently located off the interstate. A must if you are there for a conference.

It was so nice to stay where the conference was. Room was nice and quiet. Coffee shop serves the best muffins!

The hotel shower is made for white people. We don’t wash our hair everyday so trying to shower and not get your hair wet was challenging. We had to call twice to get toilet fixed. There are NO MICROWAVES in the room. Customer service was very nice and professional but I will not stay again.

The Sheraton Greensboro at Four Seasons was a great stay! We loved our accomodations as it provided a comfortable place to relax after a busy day. Everything is at the hotel to include restaurants, coffee shop and space to have group gatherings. Joseph's restaurant was a great place to eat without having to drive outside of the hotel. My only suggestion is that the hotel consider gaining more luggage carts for people to load and unload their luggage. For a hotel of this size, having a fleet of luggage carts would have been helpful. I understand there were only a few.

Hotel employees ignored questions I asked and problems I had. They kept telling me the manager would assist and when I spoke to the manager he had no record of any issues, and also did nothing to solve problems.

Asked one of the women at the front desk about restaurants in the area open late and she told me "to look it up." The man in the club lounge was amazing! Very nice and kind.

Awesome Hotel. Very beautiful and very clean. Staff is very friendly and I would definitely come back!

It was an amazing stay from the beginning when Michael saved me from having to load everything up to our room with multiple trips. He offered his service to help get all of our luggage upstairs. When the restaurant, cafe, and vending machines were out of regular soda, staff offered to go in the back and grab a drink for me out of the staff vending machine. Our last day we had an emergency situation and EMT was called and the staff were awesome with their help and prayers. Great place to stay. Very well recommend it, every time.
