Poor service most of the time. Would not take Multiple payments for check in i.e. cash, visa Debit cards, other. Hotel only provided coffee, tea, etc from 6-9am daily, sink in room would not drain, breakfast was exactly the same everyday, parking very limited, room key cards were deactivated daily for three fays

This is our preferred place to stay when in town and we're in town often. pet friendly, hot tub, pool, pretty quiet, good breakfast. staff is always so kind. This trip, we had an issue and were running late for check out, they were beyond understanding and patient given the situation. Their compassion went so far!

Staff was rude and short with me and the facility is dated and dirty. The gym has 2 pieces of equipment that are broken and a few free weights.

The staff was my favorite part of my stay! I would definitely come back just for them, and it wasn’t one specific person, across the board they were all amazing.

The bed was so hard that we could not sleep. Was a horrible night, our backs were so sore. Will not stay here again.

No one was at the front desk and had to wait about 30 minutes to check in. Left a phone charger in the room at checkout and called to see if it had been found. Front desk confirmed it had been found and put it in a bag with my name for pick up. When we went to pick it up we were told they now could not find it. Interesting

Very disappointed that I paid for room in advance then when checked in the hold 150.00 until check out and tells you 3-5 days to get it back which I am used to that happening on 25-50.00 never 150.00 the breakfast area is so small you don't even get ur own food so I just skipped breakfast

Breakfast area too small. I was feeling Cleithrophobia. Not impressed with food options. Will not be returning to this facility.

Our room smelled terrible. I thought it smelled like gas and my husband thought it smelled like paint. It gave me a headache and our A/c was making a loud noise of and on. We asked to change rooms, but they couldn’t accommodate because they were completely full. Not their fault, but I wouldn’t book this hotel again.

We were put in a dirty room then moved to another room had a broken ironing board air conditioner made funny noises had to open windows and listen to highway traffic lady who checked us in very nice talked to manager the next day waiting on a discount

We used this app and paid weeks in advance and got the worst room right by ice machine and lobby. Our bathroom sink stunk and toilet seat was broken. I have stayed at other comfort inns and this was not up to the usual quality.

Staff is wonderful and attentive, room was super clean. Breakfast is among the best hotel breakfasts anywhere. Loved the hot tub, pool and exercise room and the hours on these amenities are great.

No mattress cover so the mattress was stained and gross looking. Our bathtub still had hair from previous guests so we did not use.

We love staying their comfort. When we visit our daughter at school. The place is nice and comfortable. We wish the breakfast area was a little bigger and their staff was little more friendly. But the stay there is comfortable.
