This one-of-a-kind oceanfront villa in Rum Point offers a 'mini-resort' experience for large families or vacationing couples. Made up of two 'L-shaped' single-story villas with a common breezeway to the sea, the entire property sits on a 200-foot wide double lot on the oceanfront. Taking full advantage of its width and location, Amoraflora boasts 4 oceanfront suites, a 100-foot wide oceanfront deck, 80-foot long custom swimming pool (25-meter laps) as well as a new 'pickleball' hard court. ***Amoraflora's Notable Features*** -- An expansive footprint with a breezeway in the center divides the home into an east and west wing. -- Two fully equipped kitchens in both wings on the villa. -- Two full living areas with ocean views in both wings of the villa. -- Screened-in porch with ocean views in the east wing of the villa. -- Library and study in the west wing with access to a rooftop observation deck. -- Pickleball Court!
