It was a nice experience albeit some minor issues. I had to register that cause de place is very good and has room for further improvements. In fact, we didn´t have the chance to make our own chocolate because the chef was off due to a medical leave. We hope a fast recovery, anyway. The pool was a kinda small for a hotel although it was cozy and warm. We could book some jacuzzis for a better relaxing experience. The good parts: everyone was caring and helpful, they seem to enjoy working there and making the clients feel confortable. They´re never bothered to offer you a cup of hot chocolate. The bedroom was pretty ok, with a comfy bed and it could handle a couple and two kids. That´s nice not to mention a very good shower. They have a chocolate store with a great diversity of chocolate, from many places in Brazil. I never realized that several kinds of chocolate bars were available. And last but not least: what a nice breakfast! Good food and options with some candies and chocolates included!

A Chocoland me surpreendeu demais. Eles são incríveis do início ao fim. Fomos muito bem recepcionados. O quarto é sensacional. E o café da manhã é indescritível. Mais que recomendo.

Still in soft opening, Chocoland is an exquisite thematic hotel all based in chocolate as the brand suggests. Everything recalls the delicacy, since the building itself, as well as the main hall, rooms, furniture and restaurant in relation to brown and beige colors, and architeture design. There is also a chocolate store and a chocolate kitchen where you can make your own candies guided by the chef chocolatier Cassio Santos. The royal tea served in the main restaurant in the afternoon is very good, and for the first time I had chance to taste a nice cocoa tea. Being a family business the owners are always checking if everything is running fine, which gives a good impression, despite the fact that the hotel is still understaffed. However, everyone tries hard to provide the best service, including the wallet driver, the main desk clerk who also picks your car up in the parking lot, and the waiters. The room itself is quite charming and has some easter eggs, such as a hidden bed, a treasury-looking box with chocolates, and chocolate ammenities. The hotel project will have additional features, such as a cocoa plantation in the back, which will make it even more attracting. Fare is reasonable for the Gramado region around USD150/night. Since I was the 13th guest to book a room after opening, I also received a chocolate gift in my house prior to my stay. A good marketing strategy to enhance the brand. I sincerely wish business success to this property that put an original idea in effective execution.

O hotel é incrível! Na recepção já fomos recebidos com chocolate quente (que foi ofertado livremente durante nossa estadia), o cheiro do hotel é incrível! Cada detalhe faz você se sentir num castelo. Os quartos são demais! Ficamos na suite vinho branco que tinha sacada e meus pais ficaram na suíte trufa, com uma vista linda. O café da manhã é encantador, muita qualidade em tudo! Pra quem é chocolatra toma uma barrigada 🤭. A piscina é hidro são quentinhas, e sauna super gostosa! Já ficamos em vários hotéis em gramado, mas a experiência nesse foi única! No próprio hotel tem um ateliê de chocolate, tem fomos com crianças mas participamos e fizemos pirilulitos de chocolate pra nosso afilhado. Voltaremos com certeza!

O Hotel é realmente encantador, mais o atendimento deixou a desejar, são educados mais não acolhedor, os quartos são excelente, cama, banheiro, ducha, limpeza, tudo perfeito nota 1000, o café da manhã muito bom, piscina excelente e jacuzzi tbm. . Na frente da entrada do hotel na parte externa tem dois elevadores na lateral da escada caso vcs estejam subindo com as malas e não desejem subir as escadas, bem, no meu caso descobri depois, porque não tem ninguém na porta pra receber e orientar quem está chegando ou seja tive que descobrir sozinha. Vale muito a experiência porém poderia melhorar a forma de atendimento e orientação aos hóspedes.

A experiência foi excelente. A arquitetura do hotel é impecável nos detalhes, e o quarto muito confortável e muito bem decorado. Café da manha delicioso e com muitas opções. Os funcionários são bem atenciosos, e o Theo é muito simpático. superou nossas expectativas. super indico.
