This hotel is a scam, they scammed us by doing false advertising. We booked this hotel for a couple of weeks and we asked for a super deluxe, when we arrived they gave us a little house as they call it a “villa” which was like a prison. Then they said that we did a “mistake” saying that we only got 4 people and not 5 which costed as a couple of thousand euros so that we can stay. They gossiped before we payed about us not paying which caused the people to be very against us thinking that we will steal and get away with it. We payed and they stopped, and one of the receptionist told us what they were saying. The food, omg it is a compliment to even call the food they serve terrible. The food was horrific, ants on the food, all the food was mostly 1 week old! If you want to eat watermelons for breakfast, lunch AND dinner, COME TO THIS HOTEL but if you want to eat edible and good food, don’t even bother looking through the comments because majority of the section is negative. Cleaning: 1. Ceiling with mold; 2. Joints of the tiles with mold; 3. The change of towels does not happen daily and, many days, lack of towels 4. The change of sheets is not done: we removed the pillowcases from the pillow because they were dirty and the stateroom attendant simply put them back on; 5. The customer has to make the bed, the sheet is left on top of the bed, folded; 6. Pool bathroom impossible to be used due to lack of cleanliness (recurrent). Guest service: 1. Exchange rate: at the reception is the information of 1€ 130 leke. In the bar of the main building and in the pool bar there is no kind of written information and the waiters practice 1€ 100 leke. At the beach bar, there is no kind of written information (again) and it is practiced 1€ 90 leke; 2. When the request was made to associate the credit card with the room, numerous obstacles were presented and the guest service manager had an improper attitude towards the customer starting to snort; 3. When the request to speak to the management team, it was informed that no one would be available, it would take at least 30 minutes. After waiting, no one from the management team deigned to talk to us, the information was simply passed through the guest service people; 4. Paid pool towels, even if it's all inclusive. Food and beverage department: 1. There is only one bar included in the all inclusive package; 2. Coffee is only available for breakfast. Lunch and dinner are partly paid for. It happened that there were no coffee beans in the bar of the main building and we were told to go (we, the customer) to the a la carte restaurant to get our coffee. When we ordered coffee from the restaurant manager, it was first denied and after much insistence it ended up being served; 3. Very poor selection of drinks in the all inclusive bar (there is no sparkling wine and no cocktails, only simple drinks); 4. Non-existent table service most of the time at the beach bar when the bar servers are on site, sitting at the counter on the mobile phone: the customer has to go to the counter to be served and in bad manners; 5. Bartender from the pool bar smoking inside the counter: simply puts the cigarette on the ashtray, makes the cocktails without washing his hands and, when he finishes, he goes back to the cigarette; 6. Was refused at the beach bar to put the expense in the room bill when we had been informed in the guest service that it was possible; 7. There is no water available in the room; 8. There are no water bottles available at the all inclusive bar. Infrastructure: 1. Split bedroom wall; 2. Broken bathroom tile; 3. On the booking is the information of a pool on the rooftop, non-existent.

Oh my god, Don you ever think of booking this hotel. the hotel is nice, big, and nice details. but it stops there, no service, breakfast buffet and the dining hall is dirty, if you are not at breakfast at 07:30, then there is no more food. no one in the hotel shows the warm and good culture that the Albanian people have. Cleaning the rooms comes and goes, one day you get towels, but you lose the coffee cup, the next day you get a coffee cup, and then you lose something else. and when they have finished washing the floor, the room is dirtier from all the hairs and dirt from the other rooms. The hotel has set itself at 5 stars, but sorry, hotels only get 2 stars from me. If you are traveling and need a bed to sleep in, this is a nice hotel, but I do not recommend a longer stay. and the hotel is located side by side with a party hotel, so you get music, and the volume is so loud that you get to clean your ears.
