Palma Hotel

Hotel is 2 star at best. How they have the audacity to claim 4 stars is beyond me. Horrendous. We stayed for a week all inclusive at the start of september 23 for my birthday. The hotel is very outdated, the food was very limited and cold/luke warm most nights, unfriendly staff made the vibe feel miserable, our bed was made daily but the bedsheets were never changed and the room was barely cleaned. They ran out of most soft drinks and alcohol at the very start of the week and didn't bother to restock, one day we filled our water bottles up and the "fresh water" tasted like chlorine. Upon trying to complain at the reception that we are all inclusive and couldnt order even a basic glass of wine, a sprite or a cocktail we were told the city was blocked and a delivery was due to arrive and that other guests had also complained. That was rubbish clearly, it was end of season and they just didn't bother to restock. The pool area was quite spacious and looked nice overall but the pool itself is ICE cold and the pool bar only opened for 2 hours on the 1st day we arrived and then never opened again. Some days they had a life guard other days he did not turn up. There was no option for beach towels either. We ended up having to go out most days/nights to get a hot meal and a drink. The hotel also offers no entertainment. I would never come back here and I wouldn't recommend it. I booked a "4 star hotel" and it was a massive disappoin**ent. I travel a lot and have stayed in a lot of hotels around the world but this one was the worst. They took the absolute P and didn't seem to give a damn about it.

Нам понравился персонал отеля. Мы приехали в 5 утра,на рецепции дежурила Екатерина, очень приятная девушка, сразу предложила нам чаю, а в 8 часов дала нам ключи от номера. У входа в ресторан гостей встречает Наташа, утро начинается с её улыбки, пожелания приятного аппетита, и хорошее настроение обеспечено.Понравилась и Лена-бармен в лобби-баре,всегда доброжелательная, порекомендовала нам, где купить обувь. Еда в отеле вкусная, хотя не помешало бы разнообразия. Очень много фруктов -яблоки, груши,сливы, персики, виноград, арбуз, бананы, апельсины (мы отдыхали в конце августа).Что нас удивило - мороженое в упаковке.Мы много путешествуем, но мороженое в упаковке в отеле видели первый раз. Далее... Уборка в отеле каждый день, не очень тщательная, полотенца и постельное белье поменяли 1 раз за 7 дней. Шампунь и мыло были только в первый день.К мелким недостаткам можно отнести - порванную занавеску в душе а также есть рваные лежаки у бассейна. Короткий путь(5мин.) на пляж- ступени сразу вдоль ограды отеля(полно мусора), затем пройти метров 70 направо и перед шлагбаумом налево пройти через парковку,в конце которой ступени, спуститься,а там и пляж виден.Путь без мусора-от отеля налево до шоссе и вниз,но это дольше.
