Sangat puas, tapi peredam suaranya agak buruk

Smaller space than other Leo’s hotels but still being well decorated. I spent Noel here and not many service available but they were nice and tried their best to assist us.

My husband and I went to the hotel to stay for our first wedding anniversary and I asked the staffs advice on somewhere nice for a meal and they could be any more helpful. Our room was upgraded from a room to a suite. We were given 2 complimentary drinks and our room was decorated. I honestly could not believe how clean and well presented our suite was. It room was on the 10th floor with a lovely view of the Clyde especially when it was dark. There was a mix up with the breakfast, night shift forgot to take our pre-order forms and I phoned reception and a member of staff came and collect the pre order form straight away and then brought breakfast to our room. It was a simple mistake so the staff kindly gave us a late checkout. The staff were so helpful . Our every need was catered to and the location was ideal. An overall exceptional experience. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

walked in to the lobby being ripped apart, got allocated on a floor with so much noise i couldn't sleep. a fire alarm went off and housekeeping checked to see if id left the room numerous times. absolutely appalled by the experience

I love Leonardo Hotel! I came to visit my friends and definitely chose this hotel. It‘s near to city center, really convenient! The room is wonderful as well.

GREAT HOTEL, FRIENDLY STAFF, GREAT SIZED ROOM THAT WAS CLEAN AND FRESH

The room wasn’t as clean as I would expected. Mainly the bathroom! The bathtub got black line on the edge. And the bath tub is shallow like staying at premier inn. Thought this hotel would be better than premier inn just a block away . The bed is on the small side double . Don’t think you can sleep two ppl on it. I was not warned that there were renovations going on and as soon as I got into the room , I heard banging noises that someone was trying to bang a nail on the wall and next day at 8 I was woken up by drilling . Location is great if you stay for a quick stop for convenience that is ok but would go to cheaper premier inn instead

Staffs were very helpful, clean and quiet room near the city centre :)
