Kamarnya luas. Hotelnya setelah renovasi, bersih. Pemandangan laguna yang indah dari jendela. Sarapan bervariasi yang luar biasa. Terdapat area taman di sekitar hotel. Hotel ini memiliki Onsen dan sauna, lingkungan yang sangat bersih dan nyaman.

My family of 4 had a lovely Christmas stay at Laguna Garden Hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful, both at the front desk and in the restaurants. Our room was a decent size and comfortable for whenever we could squeeze in some downtime. The sea view from our balcony was a joy to wake up to every morning and the fresh air coming into the room together with the comfortable beds in the quiet room guaranteed a good nights sleep. The western and Japanese restaurants had an excellent selection of food and drink choices. There were a few cute restaurants that were easy walking distance to the hotel especially for dinner, with good food and each had their specialties. The location of the hotel was good for taking a taxi or uber to other beaches and sight seeing trips. The walk to the nearby beach was pleasant, which you could do before brunch at the hotel. All in all we had a fantastic 8 nights stay at the hotel and would thoroughly recommend it.

The place is very nice: the infrastructure is very good, all the christmas decorations and the hall are amazing. We had problems with the reservation (prior arrival) and Yuri helped us a lot not only with the reservation but also with all the information regarding the resort and the area. Unfortunately at the front desk anyone speaks english: we always used the translate, but all were very nice. Additionally I would like to thank Michiko: she was my therapist and she was amazing and she gave me a lot of assistance on what to see and what to avoid. The Paddle Bar is amazing: the barman is very cute and the drinks are absolutely amazing! Generally speaking was a nice stay, but I think will be better during summer season.

Wonderful view out of my room in the West wing which I believe is the newer wing. Huge room and bathroom. Well maintained! It is in the middle of the island so easy to take Uber to all the main attractions.

Amaizing expirience. Staff of the hotel was super helpfull and kind. They spoke English really well and was easy going. Rooms where really clean and big with wonderfull view. It was perfect place for our honeymoon and we would definitelly chose this hotel again.

Amazing hotel. The staff is very polite and attentive The room is very bright and spacious. The breakfast was very good, the both restaurants - Japanese and Italian - was quite good, but it's not really big so there is a line. Also take out option is available in Paseo Garden restaurant. Aqua zone have two swimming pools the indoors and the outdoors one. Guests may purchase sauna and sento ticket for 550 ¥. The hotel located in 600 m from Ginawan beach, it takes about 10 mins to get there. Hotel souvenir shop has variety of custom and fabric things, prices are normal. I advice you to buy souvenirs here There are several cafés and convenient stores nearby.

Perfect hotel for my getaway even just four days solo. Two different types of breakfast and I love the Japanese on. Easy to book massage and facial inside hotel even it’s typical hotel price. Indoor and outdoor pools perfect for changing weather. I’m so impressed with the simple thing like gardening with all types of plant. Also good for kids with all entertainments. The sauna and public bath are small but standard and practical. Location wise, it’s next to the beach and park for morning workout if you don’t wanna stay in hotel. Taxi apps GO is fantastic to get me anywhere but still short distance reaching museum, American village, community onsen. So I’m greatly satisfied. Next time I will book diving day experience as there are many agents around.

That was first time I visited Okinawa,so excited to stay this hotel 2nights,the view was amazing,two swimming pools,near the beach,very nice place for holiday,can wait to back!

Nice view and good breakfast 👍🏻

It’s a nice hotel for families wanting to go and explore the north and south sides of the island. Room was spacious but not exactly facing the ocean so I had to go close to the window or out of the balcony to see the ocean. Kind of a side view. The parking lot is packed in the evening so we had to go to a second parking lot across the street. Kind of a hassle when you have luggage or are in a hurry. Breakfast is also very crowded and usually about 20 minutes of a wait but when I said I was in a hurry, they let us eat at the lounge which was also nice. They also offer lunchboxes so you can choose to pack your breakfast and eat it in your room. Which would be a great choice if we had a full ocean view. The public bath was also under construction so could only be used at a certain time. Way too late for ladies and children (the start time being 21:00). This should be the opposite in my opinion. But overall the staff was friendly and the pool was nice.

The nice view from the bedroom makes you feel you should be living there all year long. Very spacy room.

Overall, we are satisfied with our stay for 2 nights. Though there is a few that could have been better. First, the cleanliness of the room. As we entered there was a few spots that are dusty and the floor has remaining dirts too, the floor is also super rough that my baby could not crawl into. The bed, I found white/gray hair on it, and it felt like the bedsheets weren’t changed from previous user. BUT the location is very nice, the staffs are very friendly, the amenities are specially outdoor pool is very good and last but not the least, the restaurant Paseo Garden is superb very good, the food was really great, the best breakfast buffet at a restaurant I have ever been. So yes, Laguna hotel is recommended if you’re considering visiting Okinawa.
