"The place is very nice: the infrastructure is very good, all the christmas decorations and the hall are amazing. We had problems with the reservation (prior arrival) and Yuri helped us a lot not only with the reservation but also with all the information regarding the resort and the area. Unfortunately at the front desk anyone speaks english: we always used the translate, but all were very nice. Additionally I would like to thank Michiko: she was my therapist and she was amazing and she gave me a lot of assistance on what to see and what to avoid. The Paddle Bar is amazing: the barman is very cute and the drinks are absolutely amazing! Generally speaking was a nice stay, but I think will be better during summer season."

"This is next to seven eleven and i found it convenient. At first it was hard to locate the entrance of the hotel and as a first timer it was very confusing and a little frustrating. However, it was worth it. It felt like an apartment/mini condo. Theres posters and instructions everywhere to help you, look around and read. Also, if you don't understand or find what you want to know you can ask front desk. I mainly like the simple but clean look of the hotel."

The surrounding area has excellent shopping facilities, and the hotel's central location makes it convenient for visiting attractions. "There are very few restaurants near the hotel, but there's a Family Mart downstairs. If you're looking for good food nearby, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. However, the hotel offers free parking. The room facilities were satisfactory, with a small terrace and bottled water provided. The overall environment was clean and comfortable, with good soundproofing, making it comfortable to sleep in. However, the pillows weren't high enough; I suggest asking the hotel if they have other pillow options if needed. Additionally, I recommend the hotel check the toilet bowls; sometimes there's an unpleasant odor after flushing."

"We booked two twin rooms for four nights. The rooms were very spacious, perfect for family trips. The lobby had a great resort atmosphere. It's not far from American Village, Parco City, and Kokusai Street. The hotel offers free parking. The service was excellent; the front desk staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. The swimming pool was closed in winter. We contacted the hotel via email before check-in, and they responded very promptly, so we didn't have to worry at all. We would definitely stay here again."

"You get what you pay for. Cheap, good location, restaurants, convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. But, The room is small, smelly, and the bathroom is moldy. The hotel does not have enough parking spaces, you have to find them nearby, and they will not help recommend them. I will not stay here again."
