We invested three hours reviewing the camera footage for that day, which revealed that this particular individual entered our room three times without any valid reason. During her first entry, I caught her rummaging through my bag, and she quickly walked away, feigning that she was there to clean the room (although she was not even a cleaner). When confronted, she attempted to justify her presence by delivering towels to our room, but I want to emphasize that I never requested any room cleaning or fresh towels. I must mention that my now fiancé informed the staff about his intention to propose to me at the resort. I strongly suspect that this same staff member was attempting to steal the engagement ring. While reviewing the camera footage, a male staff member made an appalling comment, expressing his willingness to physically harm the girl if I caught her in the reception area.
