The best part of Amahelia is the staff. Massive thanks to Firman and his amazing crew, Amir, Habibi, Andy & Hendra. You guys are absolute legends. The resort is tranquil, small & so personable, we arrived as strangers, left as family. The food was absolutely delicious and the setting absolutely breath taking. I highly recommend booking a snorkeling trip to the nearby islands and the spa setting is the best I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommend a massage too at the stunning beach spa. I can’t wait to return to paradise :)

Secluded boutique hotel. Staff fantastic make you part of the family. You walk directly into the beach. Food great also. Wifi not the best but works (you are on an island!) snorkelling trip is a must do! Hotel will organize everything for you car, boats, etc

The perfect getaway in paradise! A warm welcome, delicious food and drinks, an adorable authentic cottage on a small island with the ocean on your doorstep fishes and coral reef, beautiful sunsets, a swimming pool and the very welcoming and friendliest staff you can imagine; what more could you ask for! We got to spend a wonderful week in this little paradise. Yes, there are nature sounds like the roosters at dawn, twittering birds and the occasional gecko but that's also part of travelling to an island in Indonesia, isn't it? This resort has gained a special place in our hearts ♥️ Thanks for all the good care: Firman, Habibi, Antonio, Mahendra & Amir We will miss the daily chats, jokes but also nice conversations about Indonesian culture (which you proudly wanted to teach us all about) thanks again and see you one day because we will definitely be back! Terima Kasih!

If you are looking for a small island 10 out 10 beach stay! Go to the Amahelia at Gili Asahan! The staff is truly fantastic, the food amazing fresh and good! Summer is low tide season in this region! But at this resort you still have a great beach next to the perfect pool! Do you want to chill…..this is the place to be!

We stayed 9 days during early May 2024 at room N.1 (private villa with pool) that was well appointed and comfortable,good amenities,well working AC,etc.Mr. Firman and his staff were very nice and helpful,we never received any NO as answer but only Yeses .The food at the restaurant is very high standard and well priced,nice beach,good snorkeling nearby. It really affected us but as a suggestion,some background music would improve the experience at the restaurant,also the wifi service was a bit unstable so a telkomsel data plan for tourists is advisable. Finally,all the properties at the island must work together to keep all beaches free of rubbish,not only their fronts.

A truly idyllic place with wonderful staff, great amenities and amazing ambience. Easy to be active and SUP, kayak or swim off the beach directly in front of the resort or do nothing and read by the pool. Just perfect. Beautiful island to walk around and then float into the ocean afterwards! Food is beautiful and everything is always delivered with a smile. Local village is very welcoming and has a great tiny Warung if you wish to have a change of atmosphere.

Our stay at Amahelia Resort on Gili Asahan Island was fantastic! The breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of options. We loved using the free canoes and paddleboards for some fun on the water, and the snorkeling was amazing. The infinity pool right by the beach was the cherry on top, with plenty of beds and umbrellas for relaxation. Highly recommended for a perfect island getaway!

Gili Asahan truly deserves a visit! 🐚 You can reach it from Lombok with a short boat trip organized by the resort! 😊 The tranquility of the island, the crystal-clear waters, the white sandy beaches, and impeccable service made my stay uniquely enjoyable! Kayak, paddle, and go to explore the sea! 🌊 The resort offers a fantastic food selection and a large pool overlooking the sea. The staff are incredibly friendly and nice. Hendra will assist you at the bar and restaurant with pleasure and kindness. Thank you!

Wow - what an amazing stay! We stayed here for 2 nights and it was an absolute dream! Beach front with an incredible swimming pool! The onsite restaraunt is some of the best food I have ever tasted and the staff were amazing, super friendly and happy to help with everything!
