Great hotel in a great location! I was situated in the front of the hotel facing the street with beautiful views of Gent’s skyline. Lots of cafes and restaurants just downstairs and in walking distance. There was also a lot of great shopping nearby. Standard retail that you could find in most cities and also interesting shops with handmade and unique products. Also walking distance to all the sights you want to see. Although the room is small, it was comfy.

It is a great hotel, but it can be a better one if it hire quality staff. The front desk staff ( chubby guy with a glasses ) is a bit rude, throwing my passport to the desk after confirming the details. That’s make me wonder whether Belgians are in general that unfriendly, especially unfriendly to asian like me?

In overall a cozy hotel in very good location, the room was a bit small, very simple - no safe, no kettle, no minibar. Price was not cheap. Would recommend for 1-2 nights in bussines travel.

酒店在市中心，非常喜歡大廳的佈置。房間裏沒有熱水壺，大廳有免費咖啡、礦泉水和蘇打水提供，很不錯。酒店周邊吃的喝的商店很多，步行10分鐘就可以到達市政廳。很喜歡的一個小酒店，推薦。

酒店地理位置很好 就在市中心 去哪裡都幾百米 根特的中世紀城市特別美 東西也挺好吃的 早餐也不錯 酒店大堂一直有咖啡

房間的地理位置非常好，就在市中心步行可以到達各種地方，並且對面有一家非常好的咖啡館。衞生説得過去，但是牆體有各種痕跡就顯得房間不是那麼新。門的隔音不是很好，過道里的聲音都能聽見。

酒店位置很好，出門就可以逛街，還挺熱鬧的，逛離景點也近，走路10分鐘。衞生很乾凈，一進門就感覺各方面都乾淨，房間大小適中，就洗手間挺簡單的，也沒有燒水壺，想喝水要去大廳飲水機接，或者自己買。晚上週邊很安靜，住的房間窗外不是對街的，就不會吵鬧，根特整個城市給人的感覺就不是那種吵鬧的，很安逸。早餐簡單但足夠吃。出去玩可以在專門存行李的櫃子裏存行李，根據行李尺寸和存的時間收費，我沒細心選擇，結果給我的小箱子存了一個超大的櫃子。。就還挺心疼錢的。酒店整體很滿意，很適合沒什麼錢的我去根特旅遊時住！

We rawen zeer blij met het hotel. Locatie was prima, kamers schoon en netjes en de personeel hulpzaam. Ik zou hier blijven in de toekomst.

酒店位置極佳，離主要景點都很近，附近也有很多有軌電車站，商業網店也相當齊全，。唯一不滿意的是：我訂的是雙人間，結果只有一張大床，這個有點尷尬😳另外，酒店寄放行李居然要另外收費（有個專門的行李間）這個和國內完全不一樣。早餐比較簡單，吃了一次以後就改在周邊小店裡吃了
