Great hotel in a great location! I was situated in the front of the hotel facing the street with beautiful views of Gent’s skyline. Lots of cafes and restaurants just downstairs and in walking distance. There was also a lot of great shopping nearby. Standard retail that you could find in most cities and also interesting shops with handmade and unique products. Also walking distance to all the sights you want to see. Although the room is small, it was comfy.

It is a great hotel, but it can be a better one if it hire quality staff. The front desk staff ( chubby guy with a glasses ) is a bit rude, throwing my passport to the desk after confirming the details. That’s make me wonder whether Belgians are in general that unfriendly, especially unfriendly to asian like me?

In overall a cozy hotel in very good location, the room was a bit small, very simple - no safe, no kettle, no minibar. Price was not cheap. Would recommend for 1-2 nights in bussines travel.

酒店在市中心，非常喜歡大廳的佈置。房間裏沒有熱水壺，大廳有免費咖啡、礦泉水和蘇打水提供，很不錯。酒店周邊吃的喝的商店很多，步行10分鐘就可以到達市政廳。很喜歡的一個小酒店，推薦。

酒店地理位置很好 就在市中心 去哪裡都幾百米 根特的中世紀城市特別美 東西也挺好吃的 早餐也不錯 酒店大堂一直有咖啡

我們是坐Flixbus在晚上到達的，路很黑，走了很遠到達酒店，酒店房間雖小一點，但非常舒適乾淨，大廳有免費熱飲，咖啡熱巧克力等，離T1.T3電車站Vogelmark幾分鐘路程，去火車站也很方便。

房間較小，不能完全打開行李箱，並沒有提供雪櫃，位於遊客區內，到各景點都很方便，附近亦有大型超級市場
