It was a nice and clean hotel. We had a great time at the spa and pool area. Staff was nice. Food was good. We are going back in June.

The room is super nice and the staff is so welcoming and got my husband and me upgraded to a room with a balcony which has the best view ever in town. The hotel has everything, gym room, swimming pool, restaurant, you name it. Everything is perfect!!! Highly recommended!!!

Room is a bit small for the price you're paying for a 5 star hotel and they definitely need more staff.

這個是水門事件發生的酒店，很有歷史感。但是酒店房間設施一般，隔音很差。健身房反而很好，還有泡沫軸可以用。

A most excellent stay. The staff is amazing and the facility is opulent. Pricey but worth it. The food in the restaurant is 5 star!! And I loved the whiskey bar!!!

We had high hopes with our stay at the Watergate being one of DC’s 5 star hotels. The valet staff who greeted us were very helpful. The front desk staff was mostly mumbling through the details during our check in process and I wasn’t able to get a map for the city when I requested one. One day we returned to find someone else’s old, dirty hair brush on the desk in our room. I tried to bring that to housekeeping’s attention and wasn’t able to run into one housekeeping staff who can speak English for our entire multiple nights stay. Other than one day, we never return to the hotel room with ice in the ice bucket and couldn’t locate an ice dispenser. We found food crumps in between the mattress and the night stand that were very easily observable. One of the usb slots between the beds is so loose it barely holds the plug in, while the other slot just doesn’t work. The electric plug area behind desk was covered with a thick layer of dust while we plugged our laptop in. Used robe on floor and toiletries were not replaced. Trash can was placed on top of toilet. During checkout, I went to the front desk to notify them of my departure time and the time to retrieve my car, but was told I should call from room instead. I returned to room to find the phone doesn’t work. I have to borrow a phone from housekeeping working in another room to call the front desk. Car returned with a light scratch. This stay fell short of my expectations from a 5 star hotel in an international city.

We had a nice quick 1 night getaway and enjoyed our stay. Everyone that works at the property is extremely kind and attentive from the front desk to the valet to the bartender. We enjoyed the pool area but the hot tub was kind of a very warm small pool and there were a lot of kiddos around so it’s not super relaxing but we still really enjoyed it! (only mentioning this for those who are expecting a quiet hot tub scenario). We enjoyed drinks in the bar before going out for dinner downtown and they were delicious! I would stay here again. View of the river from our room was really great- I wish I brought my binoculars for bird watching!

The service was excellent. I would definitely recommend based on customer service alone. Everything was clean.

Beautiful views of the city and courtyard as well as the river. Me and my girlfriend had a lovely time staying at the exquisite watergate hotel and plan to return in the future. Staff were very respectful given we are younger.

The most beautiful hotel I’ve ever been too. We stayed in the presidential suite. Absolutely beautiful and amazing. Staff was incredible, fat and friendly! 10/10
