This hotel always make me fell comportable and high quality. Good place and clean good breakfast good.

不錯的酒店，宜商宜遊。酒店位置很好，出門就是根特鐘樓，離其他幾個主要景點也都很近，早餐豐富，房間贈水，有膠囊咖啡，有一個很完善的獨立衞生間，但攜程上特別註明沒有獨立的衞浴，不知道為什麼？

櫃檯前的員工不是很友善 且訂房網上說有免費的mini bar 第一天的員工跟我說冰箱裡的要付費其他在外面的免費 第二天退房時再次跟前台確認（因為不想被額外多收錢 結果卻說冰箱外的也要收費 前後不一致外也等於沒有免費的mini bar 感受很差 此外飯店代叫的計程車司機多收高於行情價的費用 前台說從飯店到根特車站大約15-18歐元 計程車司機卻收了20（Uber查是12-13） 不明白這樣五星的飯店這樣的收費 卻有這樣的服務？ 還有跟這樣沒有誠信的計程車公司合作也讓人對飯店很扣分！ 但是負責廚房的員工很友善也很有愛心

Over het algemeen erg fijn hotel! Alleen mogelijk last gehad van bedwantsen, hier werd verder wel een andere kamer voor aangeboden.

Première et dernière expérience dans la chaîne NH. Une chambre d'un autre temps facturée 229 € la nuit sans PDJ. Une moquette souillée de toute part : tâches multiples, rouille (voir photo), un mobilier vieux et mal fonctionnel, un canapé là aussi plus que sale. Des tâches de salissure le long des plaintes. Honteux ! Même pas une bouteille d'eau offerte. Aucun retour de l'hôtel suite à une réclamation faite par mail. Passez votre chemin !

Super emplacement, chambre très confortable, personnel agréable. Une adresse à retenir.

시내 중심가 시청옆 아주 좋은곳에 위치하고.있습니다. 주변식당과 볼거리도 아주 많아요 방은 오래되서 그런지 그렇게 소소입니다.

可以啊 本來想住郵差酒店的 早訂完了 是因為無奈來的NH 來的時候還有點擔心會不會不行 結果出乎意料地好 房間也大 服務人員也熱情 設施也方便 真的挺不錯的 感覺是根特比較大的酒店了 選這個 沒問題👍

Nice hotel right in the middle of town staff helpful and nice room have been staying here for a few years and is starting to look a bit dated now

Surprise fees at check-in even though everything had been paid in advance. What am I supposed to do - refuse to pay their surprise fees when arriving and find another hotel? Include the real price in the listing.

Was as expected, no complaints and stuff at the desk was friendly. Overall good experience

Hotel is in a great location, the rooms are very spacious with Tea & Coffee in the room. Bed was very comfortable. We had one or two small issues during our stay but reception were very helpful and resolved them efficiently. The staff are all very nice and professional. Would certainly stay again.

Lovely Hotel in superb location. We booked an XL King Bed room with view, but were disappointed. The room was an odd triangular shape with more than a third of it unusable with no furniture or feature. The decor was a little tired with wall paper peeling under a window and the carpet almost worn through in the main walkway. Otherwise it was clean and very comfortable.
