The deposit refund is super slow, everything else is ok

I don't know if it's because of the first floor or because it's too humid in Florida, but there's a musty smell as soon as you walk in. The room is quite big, but the facilities are a bit old. Compared to other hotels, the front desk feels a bit indifferent. Breakfast is pretty much the same, classic American. Stayed for two nights and had the worst sleep since coming to the United States. There was no noise around, but the room didn't feel very comfortable. There is a swimming pool, but I haven't used it. I don’t know how the 4.7 score came about.
