Very nice and helpful owner who give very clear check in and check out instruction. Make my check in and out very easy. The place is very comfortable, clean and with sea view .. able to see sun set and sun rise. LOVE IT ❤️ Dur to CNY we dunno where to go owner will give us some idea even tell us event that happen so we are able to enjoy it. Forget take the photo for the home we had 🤭 we will be back again if we are coming Penang . Highly Recommended!!

resident is clean as it’s new except the toilet which stinks a little check in and out instructions were easy to follow toilet’s slippers grip was kinda strong; excessive force required to lift the legs especially when in contact with water..my mum almost tripped due to the extra grip as she was trying to pace forward

its A new condo, all still in new condition, owner is very friendly even chat in whatsapp, earlier A week already received the check in step, good location, just 10min can arrival queenbay mall town, will still again once i coming to penang.. 👍👍👍

Very good B&B hotel. The location is also very good. The boss is very polite and answers all questions. It is very convenient to drive or take a taxi. There is a lot of food downstairs. There are two rooms and two washrooms. Don't disturb each other.

The location is great and the scenery is beautiful. There is a mountain view on the left side of the room, a city view in front, and a sea view on the right. The room is simple and warm, and the owner Irene is thoughtful and friendly! We love it here?

The store owner was very attentive and quickly gave me information when making the reservation. Personal service. If a family lives in this house, the price is quite suitable. It’s easy to calculate, but there are only two of us. We will consider staying in a hotel next time to enjoy higher-end services. Because the price is not cheap either.

Facilities: All basic facilities are available, the TV is quite large, and the washing machine also has a dryer Sanitation: Clean and tidy, everyone praised it Environment: The second bedroom is slightly smaller, the view from the high floor is great, and you can see the sunrise from the master bedroom

The room is in a great location with beautiful scenery. The landlady was very enthusiastic and sent delicious fruits. She helped us check in early and recommended motorcycle rentals and restaurants, which were great and added a lot of convenience to our trip. Highly recommended!

This must be highly praised. There were no comments when booking the room, but I still booked it even though I was hesitant because it was new. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. Not only was it new, but the details were also well done. It was like a well-decorated and comfortable new home with everything, even snacks, coffee, and board games. It was so thoughtful. After adding WeChat, you showed concern in various ways, introduced delicious and fun things, and even when we checked out and went to Ipoh, you continued to help recommend delicious food in Ipoh. You didn't seem like a landlord or tenant, but like a friend I've known for many years. It's an honor to have you as my friend, and I will definitely look for you next time I go to Penang.
