They were really nice to provide fruits on our first day, very nice hotel to stay in however.. television wasn’t working esp the television in the toilet doesn’t have a remote controller that works. Shower gel wasn’t sufficient to fill the bathtub either. Other than that, the room and service from staff were great. View was beautiful too

Kamar kecil dengan tarif terjangkau. Menginap 2D1N saja sudah cukup. Jika tidak, Anda akan bosan karena tidak ada yang perlu diperhatikan terutama pemandangan & kamar kecil yang hanya cocok untuk tidur. Memang, kamar seperti itu tidak cocok untuk keluarga dengan 4 orang. Namun, kamar hotel terletak strategis karena cukup nyaman & dekat untuk mengakses taman hiburan indoor & outdoor. Masih direkomendasikan untuk anggaran menginap semalam.

Kamar yang sangat bagus dan nyaman! Kamarnya luas dan semua fasilitas sudah dipersiapkan dengan baik! Saya sangat menikmati menginap di Genting Grand hotel. Ngomong-ngomong, saya suka menu bantal dan sungguh menakjubkan membiarkan kami bermimpi indah selama kami tinggal.

Appreciate the great hospitality received from receptionist Ms Christle. She made an effort to fulfil my room preference and the stay was enjoyable. Hotel is located near Genting Club. Certainly looking forward to stay in the hotel once again.

Pillow menu is good, services line helpful, staff friendly and seems well trained But would be better if Wi-Fi credentials are printed on room access letter/receipt Anyways a good sleep in the room, decent bathtub does leads to a very decent, relaxing experience.

The room is pretty spacious and clean. Great hospitality received from the receptionist during check-in. Would like to extend my special appreciation to Mr Johnny, a friendly staff, for his kind initiative & guidance during my check-in. Looking forward to stay in the hotel on next visit.
