I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to the front desk reception Alan Gorfinkel for his exceptional assistance during our recent stay at your hotel. We were struggling to arrange transportation to the airport, and he went above and beyond to help us secure a car. Great staff !

Room is very small but clean and tiny, suitable for short stay.

The hotel is beautiful and centrally located. The only downside was the fact that our room was located right next to the elevators, which disturbed our sleep at night.

Excellent place to stay in central Geneva. Comfortable bed, everything very clean and silent. Breakfast on the more expensive side.

Convenient location. The room is new and chic. It’s also comfortable and clean. I don’t like its design to have the sink outside bathroom though, as it makes the room a bit wet. There’s also no hanger/shelf for clothes when you take shower. Overall I’d recommend this hotel! We had a nice stay.

Enjoyed the 24/7 cafe - esp for work calls. Nice big space/ trendy furnitures at the cafe.

Great location and spaceous rooms

Posizione strategica per cui vuole visitare Ginevra a piedi in pieno centro. Le stanze originali con lacaniana doccia in camera. Struttura pulita e moderna. Bar spettacolare ma la vera chicca dell'hotel è lo staff i ragazzi sono cordiali, gentili ed il massimo della professionalità ed in particolar modo mi riferisco a Raffaele che con la sua allegra e disponibilità ci ha reso un soggiorno da sogno. Un abbraccio a tutti i ragazzi. Consigliatissimo per chiunque decida di soggiornare a Ginevra.

房間真的太小了 空調出風口也一層灰 服務不錯 早飯很棒 走到公交站大概十分鐘 離火車站兩站公交

Hotel como nuevo y limpio.

酒店有點比較難走，但也其實很方便 今次定購了陽枱的 但發現原來非常少空間 感覺不太好 而且酒店走廊沒有燈 非常黑暗 自己一個酒會很害怕的
