Very clean hotel, great location

服務不錯，我們定了2人的標間，多了一個小孩沒有另外加錢，位置也不錯，離火車站、商業街、景點都挺方便，太讚了

房型，位置，服務都非常棒，距離中心車站走路一公里左右，可步行到湖邊，前台服務人員態度非常友好。但是房間設施十分老舊，沒有合適位置的插頭，同時燒水和使用電吹風房間就會跳閘，衞生間有異味。總體中規中矩，希望酒店設施可以改善。

床頭沒有方便使用的插座，這一點不太方便。 有小廚房和一些常用餐具，這個不錯誒。 離市中心大概10分鐘步行距離，能接受的話，還是可以的。

非常贊！看起來是小酒店，裏面裝修和設施都很精緻，價格實惠，早餐也不錯，服務很好，超乎想象。

서비스: 괜찮음. 편의시설: 자판기 하나 있었고, 방 안에서 조리도 할 수 있었는데 잠깐 머문 거라 딱히 이용하진 않았음. 전체적으로 약간 낡은 느낌이 있긴하지만 쾌적했음. 아침식사: 간단하게 몇가지 빵과 요거트, 시리얼, 햄 두 가지에 치즈, 음료 몇 가지 정도의 간단한 아침 제공.

I woke up this morning as I felt ichy in my chest, and only to find a bed bug that was biting me! I can't believe this is happening in a 3 star hotel in Switzerland! The bed bug was full of blood when I screeze it, it was so disgusting! I will not choose this hotel anymore.

Nice hotel, and very clean, breakfast was enjoyable. The location is good, just a 10-minute walk to the train station, and a 2-minute walk to the lake.

Really enjoy our stay, at the moment we arrived at the reception show us where to go, how to transport. we had a fusil problem (electrical issue) but in a matter of 5 minutes was solve. Really great desk attention, easy to access.

Everything is good, as a usual in this hotel. Perfect staff, location, room.

Hotel was within walking distance to the train station. It is a very old hotel but they do keep it up. Service is as mostly friendly. Lots of hot water in the shower.
