It's a very convenient place to rest in a comfortable and clean place. Especially if you must rest well because the next day you need to take a new flight. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Excellent, I will recommend it and I will stay whenever I need it.

Very convenient for a late flight into Gatwick - just enough space for me and my luggage. Good value for money and comfy bed. The only criticism I have really is the green light that stays on all night and gets reflected from the mirror. I had to cover it up with a spare pillow and my coat otherwise the room felt too light.

Great option to stay as close as possible to the airport when you have to travel early in the morning
Everything you need it there, comfortable bed, hot shower, tv, free tea and coffee, it's clean, quiet, mm problem

I booked last minute due to a missed flight, and despite arriving at 11.30 at night, check-in was no issue. The capsule was comfortable and gave me a needed rest which made the sudden change of plans more bearable

Stayed here as missed a connecting flight and had to be up early to fly the next morning. It’s so well located for south Terminal and has all the basics you need. It’s not that easy to sleep as people are coming and going at all times but it was a good price and a very convenient location.

After a 12-hour flight, I went to checkin, i was informed that I could not checkin because I booked the hotel via a 3rd party (*******). I was forced to pay an extra $60 because I was too exhausted to wait around the airport for 6 hours. I'm not staying here again. Ever. I could have stayed at the Bloc for less. The Yotel should refund the money I paid. Don't be fooled. I was ripped off.
