Checked in quickly route to room was explained and easy to follow facilities were good room was clean burger king was convenient

No air conditioning, shower kept turning off on to taps to run a bath, cobwebs on lights on wall, only 1 plug socket for all of the room. Hotel could have done with a paint job

Last minute emergency booking after we were double booked in our original accommodation We had a lovely break despite this - staying in the Travelodge - there was ease of travel both into Newcastle and Gateshead We saw lots and also had a rest and a break - all within 3 days

I stayed for one night and it was the best value I could find for the area. It's a plain and simple hotel, but clean and quiet and does what you want it to do. Definitely recommend.

The hotel was a bit dated but it was nice and quiet. There was plenty of parking which was free. We had a good night’s sleep and would definitely stay here again.

Great value for money. Lovely staff. Very clean comfortable room. Don't go to Greggs go to subway for breakfast. Greggs was awful.
