"There was no shower gel in the room on the night of check-in, and we asked for it to be added; however, the staff were fairly friendly. Breakfast in the morning was disappointing. The so-called sandwiches and egg omelets were tasteless, and the bread was dry and bland, impossible to spread with butter. No milk was replenished; only I had milk, my husband didn't. There was no coffee, and no one added it to the coffee pot, leaving us without coffee!"

"Easy to find and very welcoming on arrival. The lift took us to our clean, sufficient and comfortable room. We didn't make use of the TV and the black out curtains were brilliant at ensuring that myself and my husband were able to not be disturbed by light. The bed was comfortable, the room had enough room and storage for an overnight visit and the bathroom was clean and efficient (easy to use shower, great water pressure and some nice toiletries). Everything was perfect for this overnight stay."

"I’m very disappointed with how the staff handle guests’ privacy. On multiple occasions, including during my most recent stay, someone from the staff entered my room without permission before checkout time. This has now happened five times, which is completely unacceptable. Every guest deserves privacy and peace until checkout, not to be disturbed repeatedly. I hope management takes this seriously, as this behaviour is unprofessional and makes the stay very uncomfortable."
