Hotel Europa

Brilliant location , was on a tour meals nice choose at the breakfast for the evening meal .no bar , rooms cleaned daily small fridge .no tea making already knew so took own kettle etc .my room wasn't the best 124 as only had a small window & looked out onto a roof I did ask to move but full hotel. Would have been perfect if front with balcony. As had an early return flight they did give us a breakfast pack up .would recommend as good location & beautiful view looking out of restaurant.

Lovely stay in this family run hotel The comfort room we stayed in had been renovated and was modern and very clean. The breakfast was very good with continental options. The staff were all pleasant and always helpful Only a few minutes walk to bus station, 2 mins walk to the lake with the ferry terminal just a little further on Ideal base for getting around Lake Garda

Very clean,excellent location, good food, no tea making facilities, waiters aggressive, head banging music from local bar till 1am in the morning.walk in showers available, good choice of food,bottle of water taken and not put back the following evening

Have used this hotel many times over the last few years. There have been year on year improvements until now it is a superbly modern hotel, meticulously clean, and cleaned. It's continental breakfast is really good and has now included bacon and eggs (a British thing). Staff are friendly and helpful. Situation is perfect at the lake front, beautiful spot. Garda town is my favourite place on Lake Garda, with its long promenade littered with cafes and is a centre for both ferry and bus availability. Great place.

Stayed here before excellent hotel and staff

Soggiornato in questo albergo per 3 notti nel week end di Pasqua, personale molto cortese e disponibile, ottima la colazione, buona la pulizia delle camere anche se non ci hanno sostituito gli shampoo e saponette nonostante fossero finiti. Il parcheggio si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dalla struttura.

Soggiorno di coppia di tre notti, nel periodo di Pasqua, scegliendo una camera Classic superior. L’hotel si trova in un’ottima posizione, comodo da raggiungere in auto, anche se quest’ultima deve essere lasciata in un parcheggio distante circa 5 minuti a piedi. Ottima colazione, con una vasta varietà di torte. La pulizia della camera è stata buona anche se, per tutta la durata del soggiorno non è mai stata tolta una ragnatela sul soffitto. Appena arrivati in camera, abbiamo segnalato che il frigo non funzionava, e ce stata data come unica possibilità di lasciare le nostre cose nel frigorifero dell’hotel. Durante la prima notte di soggiorno, abbiamo avuto una spiacevole visita da parte delle formiche. Segnalato ciò alla reception. ce stato risposto che avrebbero risolto il problema e così è stato, anche se non si sono mai preoccupati di chiederci nei giorni seguenti se il problema fosse stato risolto o meno, dandoci l’impressione di voler far finta di niente. Quest’ultima è stata confermata al momento del check-out, dove ci saremmo aspettati quanto meno la cortesia di chiederci se le problematiche che avevamo esposto fossero state risolte, cosa che non è avvenuta, né tantomeno una riduzione sul costo della camera, visti i disagi.

Hotel Europa er et fint og hyggeligt hotel. Havde 4 fantastiske dage det. Super venlig og i mødekommende personalerigtig god morgenmad😁 Helt klart et sted vi vil komme igen. Dog skal man lige være opmærksom på at adressen leder en til hovedegaden i Garda hvor der ikke er indgang. Man skal kører om på “søsiden” af hotellet.

Idéalement situé, l’hôtel dispose de chambres vraiment très belles, récemment restaurées et d’une propreté et d’un confort irréprochables. L’accueil est professionnel mais peu chaleureux. Le petit déjeuner est servi sous forme de buffet mais pas en libre service. Ce qui donne une impression un peu bizarre de rationnement !
