Unpleasant lady at the front desk. Clean room I had a city view booked - it was not a city view. Breakfast good Good internet. They require a deposit but I don't know why because the room was very basic

The room was nice. However, I paid a 200 deposit when I checked in, but when I checked out, they said it was a "good review" deposit and I had to write a good review after 2 o'clock that day to get a refund! No deposit will be refunded if you don't write a good review! Finally, they wanted me to write a bad review before they refunded my money! ! ! I'm very angry. This is the first time I've encountered this in so many trips! Please check in with caution if you mind! ! !

I booked a business twin bed at a price close to 400. I thought it would be fine during the National Day holiday, but there was no window and the room smelled so bad that I didn’t have the energy to go downstairs and change rooms at night. The breakfast was full of tourist groups, and there were not many varieties left. There was nothing to eat except tea eggs, and all the plates and bowls had gaps. The lobby is well decorated, but the service is basically non-existent. The most frightening thing is that the landline in the room rang several times inexplicably in the middle of the night. Every time I heard the call "Hello", the other party hung up.

The environment is very good, clean and comfortable. The hotel facilities are very new. The accommodation gym, swimming pool and laundry room are free to use. The experience is great. The surrounding facilities are also good. The hotel service is also great. The lady at the front desk is enthusiastic and gives a detailed introduction. It is a very satisfying trip. 房間整潔衞生，前台服務周到，還幫把行李搬送到客房，這是難能可貴的。早餐竟備了十個左右現炒葷素搭配菜餚，餐廳佈置別具一格，酒店停車位在地面上。

房間很大，服務也不錯，設施齊全，美中不足是隔音稍微差一點，隔壁孩子哇哇哭聲聽得很清楚。經酒店提醒住客後好些了，所幸未影響夜間睡眠。步行一會就是小而美的羅星塔公園，公交可到馬尾步行街和船政文化博物館，很方便。

酒店位置不錯，靠近馬江邊，附近有福建船政文化街區、羅星塔公園。房間乾淨寬敞，停車方便，早餐不僅品種多時間延遲到下午1點。前台服務周到熱情。
