Ulasan Rakuten STAY Fuji Kawaguchiko Station

Pertama-tama, saya tidak tahu jalannya sama sekali, dan saya tersesat sekitar satu jam kesana kemari! Jalannya sangat sempit sehingga saya tidak tahu apakah saya bisa masuk, jadi saya harus berjalan kaki untuk melihat apakah saya bisa masuk. Saya merasa sangat takut. Karena itu adalah Alphard, jalannya sedemikian rupa sehingga tidak mengherankan jika terjadi kecelakaan. Anda harus memandu orang ke jalan terluas dan memasang rambu. Saat saya kira sudah sampai, ternyata fasilitasnya berbeda tapi mirip, dan begitu saya masuk, sulit untuk keluar lagi! Juga, ada semut yang keluar dari lemari, dan ada semut di tempat tidur, dan keluarga saya digigit di dua tempat. Tidak jelas apakah dia digigit semut. Ini mungkin sebuah tanda centang. Selain itu, saya tidak dapat mengambil gambar Gunung Fuji dengan baik karena adanya garis antara tiang-tiang listrik di atap. Pemandangannya bagus. Selain itu, saya pikir itu sia-sia padahal fasilitasnya sangat bagus. Fasilitas seperti inilah yang ingin saya tinggali!

Katanya ada 5 tempat tidur, tapi nyatanya hanya ada satu kamar. Ada dua tempat tidur di dalam kamar dan tiga tempat tidur di luar. Cocok untuk keluarga, kurang cocok untuk berwisata bersama teman. Ruangannya bersih dan lingkungannya tenang.

Meteran listrik di ruang tamu terus menerus trip sehingga fasilitas yang ada di ruang tamu tidak dapat digunakan, walaupun meteran listrik dihidupkan kembali tetap trip, hal ini tidak menyelesaikan masalah, sama sekali tidak dapat diterima. Tidak bisa masak sama sekali, tidak bisa makan malam

Superb stay! There’s very clear english instructions within the house for any equipment use (including a massage chair!).There’s Jacuzzi in the bathroom too. The location is great! Clear view of mount fuji from our roof top. We loved it so much!

Good, close to restaurants and supermarkets, suitable for many people staying, clean, complete with amenities. especially kitchenware

We stayed at Rakuten Stay Kawaguchiko Station with my family for one night. Good location and service. Easy to check in. Will recommend to my friends and will go there again in future.

Totally disappointed. Check in is very problematic. No support at all . Need to call the line which I called for more than 10min without anyone answering calls. We have to wait in the cold for more than 1hr before we can get a neighbour to help me call to get the pin. A very non productive system. There should have a iPad or intercom system at the door or provide pin by email before guest arrive.

Check-in reminders & process was easy, pre-register of guests were helpful. Location was easy to find, though we had to pass small inner roads to arrive at the location, it is easy if you drive to the villa, otherwise walking will be inconvenient. Villa is new & lovely, we were pleasantly surprised. Living, dining & kitchen were located on the 2nd floor while bedrooms all on the ground floor. We werent able to utilize the bathtub as there werent English instructions how to operate the bathtub & wasnt able to fill up the big tub quickly. It would’ve been nice if there was instructions in English to operate it, just like how the other amenities like washing machine, projector, stove & etc. had English instructions. Overall, value for money.

Very nice it surpassed my expectations

Overall everything is very good and nice. The only problem I meet is when I wanted to enter the hotel, the PIN provided is wrong and I not able to enter and no one else I can ask. The only solution is to call the phone number written at the door. But I only have sim card with Internet only, no call feature. Luckily a local guys helped us to call the number and get the correct PIN.

We have to call the office to get the check in code when we arrive and it might charged us international rate for the call , and reception called us at night to self check in using the tablet in living room , hate doing as it keeps in pop out and gotta redo everything , beside that everything else is perfect , very clean and cozy , water pressure is good , it’s just we have to turn on the heater once in a while because it will shut down automatically after an hour or so , dining equipment is full , beds are clean , environment good very quiet at night , direct Fuji mountain view from villa 103

很棒的房子，很乾凈。東西也很齊全，2樓陽台就可以看到富士山🗻，離河口湖這些地方都很近，很方便，可以在陽台BBQ

大人７人(1人車椅子の障害者) 子供２人 犬2匹で伺いました。 ロケーション最高です🗻 男性達は朝風呂にはいってお風呂から富士山を眺めたり 2階のバルコニーでコーヒー飲みながら富士山眺めたりと 最高にくつろいでおりました。 お庭も合って大型犬でも放しっぱなしでも怖くないのがありがたかった。 強いて言うならば、BBQにもっと力をいれたかった トータル星4つ！！！
