Kami tinggal di Raja Suite. Kamarnya sangat luas. Kamar mandinya besar tapi kosong. Merasa dingin dan belum selesai. Tidak ada lampu di atas cermin dan wastafel. Suami saya merasa sulit untuk bercukur dan saya tidak bisa memakai lensa kontak saya. Tidak ada piring yang disediakan untuk jam cokelat. Kami harus menggunakan serbet dan bahkan tidak dapat menemukan meja. Kolam itu hangat dan menyenangkan.

The hotel is located at the city Centre and just near the southern cross train station. It is very convenient for the travelers to explore the city by tram or other transportations. The breakfast is good and friendly staff to help. The bed size of twin rooms is quite tiny that could be improved for better stay experience. Overall we were satisfied to stay at the hotel in Melbourne. Will recommend to friends and everyone who is going to visit Melbourne.

The location is really great! Just opposite to the southern cross station. The hotel and room is very modern, we have a comfort time while stay in the hotel. Just sometimes i found they did not clean my mug and just put back on the shelf.

Drop in stars because there was a day, room was not done up despite the Make up Room sign was displayed. Drop in stars also, because breakfast was not up to standard as compared to last year same period. I was a little disappointed in the breakfast selections. I returned to same hotel because it was modern, convenient and staff were friendly.

Great location - opposite Southern Cross Station. Tram stop right at the side of Hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly! I have requested to change King Room with double bed to 2 single beds - this was arranged in less than 30mins. Highly recommend !!
