Modern ryokan hotel close to Kawaguchiko station, and convenience store. Easy self check in, complete facilities: hot water, washing machine, hairdryer, coffee maker etc.

Really appreciate the host response every problem that i face. Everything was great.near by the station. Sharing toilets and showers is not a problem.The problem is when sharing with someone who not responsible with the sharing toilet and shower. Really hope the host can prepare a mirror in the room.Surely will come again

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from Kawaguchiko Station. The room was spacious with a tatami bed and a bunk bed, it can comfortably sleep 3 people. There is also an air purifier in the room. The bathroom and toilet are shared, they are spotless.

The hostel is located near kawaguchiko station. The room is clean. Bathroom and toilet are clean. Check in time is at 3pm onward. I think it a worthy to stay.

Mentioned at booking platform room with attach toilet is not true.. This house only have common toilets. Need to do self.check in, need to WhatsApp or call if required any assistance. The bunk bed not very stable, making noises when turning regardless upper or below bed.

Staying at Sumarise Kura was a huge disappointment. Be very careful. We booked a room with a private bathroom and toilet and trip.com confirmed it in our booking details. However, Sumarise Kura DOES NOT HAVE rooms with private bathrooms and toilets. Everything is shared! No hotel management could help you with requests. Checking in is done on an iPad at the entrance. The hotel does not have any staff present. We shared the hotel with very loud students. The walls are thin and to open your room door, you had to use a very noisy locker. We fell asleep late and woke up many times during the night when people were going to the bathroom. The hotel was clean(only the rooms), but very uncomfortable and noisy. I used WhatsApp to contact the management. They did not know their hotel was advertised on trip.com and stopped responding after a few messages. I still have not received a refund from trip.com. I am only getting emails that they are verifying the situation with their partners. This is very dishonest behavior on their part!! The services provided by Sumarice Kura are far from what is advertised on this website!!

A wonderful place to stay when visiting Fuji. The hotel was clean and we had a pleasant stay.

There are not many rooms so it is quiet. The location is very good, close to the station, just 5 minutes walk. The bathroom is clean.

Apart from some issues with the check-in information, everything else was fine. Some of the furniture was defective, such as the lower edge of the lantern being broken. Maybe they didn't replace it with new ones to save money.

How can you rent such a poor quality room at this price? A mezzanine bed where you can't sit up because you're so close to the ceiling. A bed that creaks horribly at the slightest movement. And to get into the bed you have to squeeze between it and the air conditioning. To spend a halfway decent night I had to lower the mattress to the floor. Add to that an electronic check-in with a tablet because there's no one at reception. This marvel for 35 euros! The next day in Tokyo I was housed magnificently for 50 euros. Spot the mistake. An establishment to avoid!

Clean accommodation, good service, very close to the station 🥰 Shared bathroom, but organized in an orderly manner. Impressive 😊❤️
