Ulasan Hotel Las Provincias

Hotel was very clean , staff was nice. Located near a McDonald’s & a few other family owned nice restaurants. Also there is a grocery store a couple hundred meters away which is a quick walk. The breakfast was good. Tv was small in my room but I was only there to sleep. Overall good hotel would book again.

The room and cleanliness were excellent, but the breakfast was very basic, always opening outside of established hours. The parking in that area is horrible, and if you want to leave it at the hotel, they charge you €12, (a complete rip-off). I will not return to that hotel, and I do not advise staying there if you have cars.

Me encanta éste hotel. Yo voy en pareja. La limpieza es super buena,trato con los trabajadores genial, la cama muy cómoda . La recomiendo 100%y está muy bien ubicado

En pleno año 2025 un tv de 14 pulgadas. Y el mando a distancia una inutilidad.

Horrible experience. I have been in hostals with better service than this hotel. Vacuum cleaning and loud music at nap time. Air conditioner almost inexistent. I ask for a breakfast to go in advance and they answered that if I want to have breakfast I have to be at breakfast restaurants at breakfast time. A shame

I would say that the hotel does exactly what it has to. Discrete and out the way while having everything you could need near by. There was several nights we came back in after madcool festival to a warm greeting from night time reception. The rooms were clean and they had an awful lot of storage space aswell The centre of madrid isn’t too far away and there’s plenty of resteraunt/bars to keep you going if like me you were feeling rough or if you just want to laze around. All in all I’d say the hotel deserves a bit more respect than it has gotten in previous reviews as it’s a very budget friendly hotel with loads to do around it

We chose this hotel because of its location. The assigned room 509 is spacious. The antique furniture. The beds are correct although we miss more pillows (some people like a low pillow and another high). The small, old television, with messy channels... (When will hotels update these appliances that are useful at night, rainy days, etc.) The bathroom is a good size but with a slippery bathtub that is an imminent danger. It is better not to hire breakfast since it is not very varied, the sweet part is from previous days…

The hotel is very good. The only drawback is that the extra beds are a little uncomfortable. The breakfast is normal, cold cuts, pastries, fruit, yogurts and juices. I recommend going to Warner Park for quality and price. You pay the parking separately €12 per night

I give 1 star for not giving the possibility of giving 0. In principle they call themselves a 3 star superior, which as superior has the glass stairs and the revolving door nothing more. I am putting this review here since I see that the owners take their time to respond and I would like to see their response to my stay. I book a quadruple room for 4 days and 3 nights for my wife, my two teenage girls, our baby and me. In principle, everything from the photos and the calls I made when booking the stay seemed great and we chose this hotel because of its proximity to points of interest on our vacation. I want to tell you that you have spoiled almost our entire stay there. When we entered the room for the first time we found an unbearable closed and humid smell and everything was full of dust and dirt, but to the point of going to the pharmacy to buy pills for allergies to mites and dust. . The room looks like that of a third world prison, the mattresses are spring mattresses that were made 40 years ago that you bought for 10 euros in a store. They couldn't put me in a crib for the reason that IT DIDN'T FIT!!!!! Imagine, if there is no room for a mini-crib, how can they sell a room called QUADRUPLE when you don't even have room to open the suitcases??? When we enter, the first thing I do, like any other person, is turn on the air conditioning, just by touching One button was completely removed from the wall as you can see in the photos attached to this review. I try to put it right and I manage to fit it into place, it only lets you go down to 18 degrees, but even if I put it on the screen, it blows air at the temperature that the hotel wants through the grill, which does more than air. It fills your room with more dust than it already had. The funniest thing about calling it something is that I wanted to call the reception but the phone that was on a table full of dirt had the cable cut but they left it there as a souvenir, I said, let's go but well, I went down to the reception myself to tell them that I didn't understand how the safe worked and the receptionist's response was that she sent someone from maintenance to the room so they could take a look. When the man comes looking annoyed that I called him, he tells me to put the safe in. card, which I do again and show him that they don't work to which he responds that it was indeed broken and he couldn't or didn't know how to fix it and without further ado he left and goodbye. Since I didn't have a safe and I couldn't feel comfortable leaving things in the room without security, I had to look for a cleaner to ask for a sign not to enter the room to "clean" it because we didn't even have that on the door handle. like any other hotel, and ask that no one other than us enter on the days we are staying, going ourselves to get clean towels at the reception. broken furniture,

It is a transit hotel. In our case we used it to go to Warner Park (sleeping two nights), it is well located to access the park, the rooms, although very old, are very clean and the mattresses are comfortable. We slept great. The breakfast is basic for a three-star hotel, but you won't die of hunger. For the price, which is economical, it is very good.
