Ulasan EA Hotel Tosca

The room is nice and clean. But the bed is not really comfortable.

Nakita the night receptionist was extremely extremely helpful!

It was amazing staff.

I had booked for four nights, but only stayed two days as I could no longer stay in that hotel. It is rated as 3 star, but my room was very basic, no TV, no aur conditioned), with a sink so small that when I washed my face, water spilled onto the shelf and onto thr floor. The second morning I had to take a shower with cold water; when I went to notify the reception the receptionist checked and told me “it’s not really cold, it’s lukewarm”. But the main problem is that the room overlooked a countryard with greenery and even with the end of three locks insects such as spiders, ladybugs and others could enter. The second morning I woke up with red bunps; now I’m treated with antihistamines and cortisone-based and antibiotic ointment. I just add that on the second day they didn't change my bedsheets stained with the blood of insects I had killed.

Avevo prenotato per quattro notti, ma sono rimasto solo due giorni perché non potevo più stare in quell'hotel. È classificato come 3 stelle, ma la mia camera era molto semplice (niente TV, niente aria condizionata), con un lavandino così piccolo che quando mi lavavo la faccia, l'acqua si rovesciava sulla mensola e sul pavimento. La seconda mattina ho dovuto fare una doccia con acqua fredda; quando sono andato ad avvisare la reception, l'addetto alla reception ha controllato e mi ha detto "non è proprio freddo, è tiepida!". Ma il problema principale è che la stanza si affacciava su un cortile della vegetazione e anche con le finestre chiuse entravano insetti come ragni, coccinelle e di altro tipo. La seconda mattina mi sono svegliato con le protuberanze rosse; ora sono in cura con antistaminici e con una pomata a base di cortisone e antibiotico. Aggiungo solo che il secondo giorno non mi hanno cambiato le lenzuola macchiate del sangue degli insetti che avevo ucciso.

Just come back from Prague after watching West Ham in the Europa Conference League Final. Stayed at the EA Tosca Hotel with my son and a couple of friends and cant speak highly enough about the hotel. Clean, nice and friendly staff members and a good location. If returning to Prague again, I would stay at the EA Tosca.

The hotel staff was kind and helped me with any questions I had. The hotel is clean and tidy but not at a very high standard, for me it was enough. The location of the hotel is excellent - next to a metro station and a station of several tram lines but the truth is that the main square and the city center are a 15 minute walk so I didn't always use public transport, on the other hand the hotel was not in a very central and noisy place. The hotel had the option of a simple breakfast for some extra cost, but I preferred to eat in local cafes. Unfortunately the air conditioner did not work and it was a hot day. I didn't talk about it with the hotel staff because I wasn't in the hotel most of the day and it wasn't the peak of the heat. It is important to note that in order to get to the elevator and from the elevator to the room there are stairs that may be difficult for older people.

Quality of hotel very disappointing. Blackout curtains only large enough to flank window, so had to use paper clips to pin together so people in opposite building could not see inside room. One of two lights over sink missing entirely and staff said impossible to find replacement. No toiletries, just liquid soap. Extra blanket in closet covered in weird stains. Staff was very nice, but could not make up for inferior quality of premises.

This hotel was excellent. The staff were delighful and so helpful all the time. The breakfast was delicious. My room was spacious and spotless. The location was great - a metro station 2 minutes walk straight into the heart of Prague. I would definitely stay here again at the Tosca
