Quite disappointed. After first night room was not made. We where told that we had declined service and got a voucher for a drink - nonsens. I would never do that. They apologized and said it was a mistake in the computer. This morning before we left we met the housekeeping manager on the hallway and asked him not to forgot to have our room made. He said, no problem - had the room number... We returned at 6:00pm no room made. I try to call rece[ption. no answer. I go down, a young man told me that we had declined housekeeping and got a voucher. I said we had the same discussion yesterday and had been assured it would not happen again. I wanted to talk to the manager. He was off. the front office gentleman was the only employee in the hotel ?!? He said there is nothing he could do. When he after I told him that we at least need towels, came up, my wife said - come in... he responded harshly - "wie reden sie mit mir" - which means "how are you talking to me", in a rude way. After many years coming to this hotel, this was surely the last time. Just by the way - breakfast staff was also Ignorant and not friendly at all, kind of "don't bother me".
