I absolutely loved my stay! The room was incredible, from view to facilities everything was perfect. The staff was really friendly and we felt welcomed. Then breakfast was very fresh and the location was worth it aswell, few minute walk or tram from the main station next to restaurants and shopping centers. I was surprised how soundproof the hotel rooms were! I highly recommend it to everyone who would like a great hotel with amazing views on the skyline in the city.

Good hotel for a fair moment when you do not need too much frills. Room was clean, distance from fair ground acceptable and breakfast was good. I would stay there again.

We thought the hotel was well located, and the room was smart. However, we were a bit disappointed that the room initially given was a twin bed, and after noting this to reception, they changed us to a King room. This was actually on a lower tier than we had booked, so they threw in free breakfast and a drinks voucher. So I thought a good level of customer service.

First of all: The view was absolutely stunning! I couldn’t take my eyes off this view. The hotel room was really big and open, as well as the bed which was huge and comfortable. I just liked the overall vibe. Also I liked the fact that you were able to turn on both showers. In my opinion the room had no flaws and was one of the best rooms I have ever stayed in. The only minus point I have is that during check-out there was a mistake and the staff wanted me to pay for the room again (even though I had already paid for the room online before).

Frankfort is a nice place to visit, the hotel located in the center, a big shopping mall close.

The hotel was clean and somewhat spacious since I got the XL room. Reception staff was friendly. Unfortunately twice I was disturbed even when I had the DND hung outside room door. Once was just after 1pm (they knocked my door to see if I still needed housekeeping) - actually 2 staff of which one seemed like a supervisor. AGAIN next day, same notice hung out, but I got a phone call in room (just after 12pm) from HSKP manager mentioning that I have a DND hung outside, do I still need my room made (of which I said no thank you). I come from this line of work and know clearly you should not disturb the guest in any means other than a note thru the door. I thought this was standard SOP, maybe it's not in Frankfurt? Maybe I expected too much. Another technical frustration was the auto sink faucet. The sink was as shallow as a plate, the auto faucet would splash the water all over my clothes(and the whole sink area). Seriously annoying. Sometimes it kept splurting when no one was in the bathroom. U know that would spook anyone out right!. Otherwise, there is a nice shopping plaza beside the hotel. Short walks from U/Trains. The place was clean. Just honest feedback from my experience only.

Nice hotel with excellent breakfast. Good location. Hotel parking did not work well. The camera registered our license plate wrongly when entering - we tried 2 times and the hotel staff were not especially helpful.

The room is dark. There are only few lamps in the room. One of the table lamp was out of order. The design of the tap is bad. The water easily pour out when washing hands and whole body get wet!

I am not recommend book this hotel.Too bad. First day , I take the shower at the morning . Suddenly,some body open my door say hi , I called reception I ask them what happen? They reply the house keeping want to clean up my room. I said they clean up at 9:30 am whether so early ? They told me because their hotel had too much floor. Second day , I put the don’t disturb card outside, the house keeping still coming my to clean up . Omg ! After the dinner, I back my room, I cannot open my room door, I told reception they re- verify room card . And I complained the house keeping service to them . The reception said he don’t understand English, he will ask manager to contact me after 20mins . But nobody contact me until check out. No privacy, always open the room door . Final day , I check out and settle the payment. Reception said the card machine had been loading , I requested to pay cash , he said cannot. I wait around 10 minutes I rush them again . They said i can pay cash. I only have a breakfast in hotel one time the cost should be 54 euros but they charge me 65 euros. I requested the receipt,they said they can’t provide because their computer still cannot open. I ‘m in a hurry，I don’t want to miss the train. So no time to argue with them.
