Near to Transport hub , many restaurants & night life nearby. Breakfast is good . Value for money and will stay again .

Great location! It’s about 2-3 minutes walk from JR Sannomiya exit. There’s a 7-11 beside the hotel and  many restaurants nearby. I was given a free upgrade to a double room! The amenities and pyjamas are available at the lobby. There’s also a coin Laundromat and vending machine available at level 2.  Breakfast buffet was more of like Japanese style such as rice, natto, miso soup, veg and fish.

The hotel is almost right next to the Kobe JR station. It is so convenient to visit most of the attractions. In addition, 7-11 is next to the hotel and Aeon, a supermarket is about 100 meters away. The staff is very warm and supportive!

Great location! Room is not huge, but clean and comfy. If you're a light sleeper, recommend ear plugs as you will hear the trains in the early hours of the morning.

Few minutes walk to Jr sannomiya.... Good base to go himeji n osaka, even kyoto. Good beef shop around the corner... 2 mins walk.

It made my life so much easier, especially since I didn’t have to stress about finding a spot. It felt like a real bonus! **Clean and Comfortable** The hotel itself is on the smaller side, but it’s super clean and well-maintained. My room was cozy and had everything I needed. Plus, the air conditioning was amazing—it kept the room nice and cool, which was perfect after a day out exploring. **Diverse Atmosphere** I also enjoyed the diverse mix of guests, including many travelers from abroad, which added a fun vibe to the place. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, making me feel right at home. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel in Kobe! With its great location, free parking, and comfy rooms, it’s a lovely spot for anyone looking to enjoy the city.

The raw eggs and natto are the most luxurious breakfast I have ever had. The room is clean. It is a bit small for foreigners, but it should be medium in Japan. The transportation is very convenient. It is in the city center. The price is acceptable. After all, it is a holiday. It's a pity that there is no public bath.
