Ulasan Hampton by Hilton Arequipa

Absolutely fine. Great people working there but just light on amenities. Breakfast was a bit meh. But no major complaints.

New and comfortable, the location is very reasonable

Nice hotel, very new and clean. Most rooms have windows that don’t open but they changed me to one that does.

Das Hotel ist ganz neu, sieht schick aus und ist gut gelegen. Der Service war sehr freundlich sowie hilfsbereit; wir hatten eine Tour die um 3:00 morgens gestartet ist und der Empfangsmitarbeiter hat bein Check-In aktiv take-away Frühstückstüten angeboten. Die standen dann auch pünktlich um 3:00 für uns an der Rezeption. Leider hatten wir morgens am Waschbecken kein warmes Wasser und das Wasser lief auch nicht richtig ab.

We came on a Business Trip and the hotel fit right into our needs, Nice place to stay, city central, clean , good breakfast with fresh fruits. What my coworkers and I liked the most was enjoying the sunset on the rooftop after our long days in meeting.

The location is central and perfect to explore the city, the rooms are really nice and comfortable, the staff is professional and kind. Especially Javier at the restaurant was really helpful satisfying my particular dietary requirements. Super recommended!

Bar is cozy in an old world meets modern setting. Javier Goygueta is an excellent bartender best pisco sours around his english is good, His service and the food were top notch. I stayed in the Hampton hotel for 5 days and had many meals and cocktail’s there. The rooms were new with new amenities and you cat beat the location within walking distance to all of old town Arequipa.

Very nice property in a historical frontage and in walking distance to the key sights of the city. Good views from the rooftop albeit it’s a bit odd to stay up there if others are using the two spa baths. One room under the gym had noise at 6am from people using the facilities above. Another on the first floor had noise at 6am from some kind of delivery (fuel perhaps). Some penny-pinching measures like only one small water per stay, disposable paper cups in room etc - just slightly frustrating especially when those on sale in reception are significantly over-priced. The breakfast layout is odd and a tight squeeze with plates and cutlery hidden away at low levels or inside drawers. Nothing concerning but again, just frustrating.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hamptoton by Hilton. Beautiful hotel, new, clean, friendly staff, very close to Plaza de Armas, and many restaurants. Food was very good at the Hotel. I would recommend the hotel to family and Friends when they come to Arequipa.

It was a very good attention, excellent treatment of the service in general, very good cleaning, proper music, the waiter Javier Goyzueta my respects very good attention, I love the decoration, the colors are appropriate to the environment

We had a great trip (3 nights) to Arequipa. All the staff in this lovely hotel were beyond friendly and accommodating from the time we arrived until we left. The free buffet breakfast was one of the best we have had, from great coffee options, cold section, fresh fruits, tamales on our 1st day and adobo is my favorite. We were able to walk into the main square easily, about 10 mins. From our room, we had a perfect view of misty and chachani volcanoes that made us wow. Special mention to Bryan, Hector for breakfast team, Cesar in front desk and the rest of the team. Judith from housekeeping and the GM Mr. Cesar Diaz to make our trip memorable and extra special. Kudos to the entire team of Hampton by Hilton Arequipa. Looking forward for our next trip here.
