#負評#對鄰近餐廳，酒店氣味，鄰近活動，走廊隔音失望；酒店在非常偏的郊区，去附近餐厅及购物需开车，需google导航（百度导航路线错 到不了），附免费停车场，客服不会中文。酒店和房间设施家具较旧。只有一层，窗户正对停车场。不提供中餐和晚餐服务。价格虽比星级酒店略低，性价比一般。

Due to a winter storm, we found ourselves needing a place to stay overnight. Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was less than satisfactory. Initially, we were assigned the wrong room, which was cluttered with luggage and clothing. When we eventually received the correct room, it was far from clean, with the surprising discovery of a spider web in the tub. Although our stay was a matter of circumstance, we are certain not to return to this hotel in the future.

The hotel was fine, with all areas clean and functional. The only two minor complaints I have are 1) The hotel location is not great, being located at the end of a dead end street in what appears to be a residential neighbourhood. 2) We had to wait for 5-10 minutes for someone to check us in because they had stepped away from the front desk when we arrived. Again, it’s a pretty standard place with nothing significantly positive or negative.

Check-in was fast and easy and the staff was friendly.
The only thing that could have been better was if the staff was knowledgeable and helpful with info on the local area and across the border in Buffalo.
