"My stay was truly enjoyable and went beyond expectations. The hotel’s location is simply remarkable, and what impressed me most was the genuine kindness of the staff. A special mention goes to one team member whose courteous manners and constant support made a real difference throughout the stay. The property is clearly in a phase of transformation, which is perceptible in its structure, yet the spaces remain warm and welcoming, with a refined atmosphere set in a truly unique context. The room was rather small and the furnishings could benefit from some renewal, but it was functional and comfortable nonetheless. Overall, it was a delightful experience—and without hesitation, I would choose to return."

"I would highly recommend this hotel, from the management to reception to house keeping the staff have been amazing. We were sent to the wrong hotel initially but so very glad they sent us here. Our room is lovely with our own terrace and Jacuzzi, the swimming pool is like a warm bath. Very close to the beach and a few small bars. A bus stop close by that takes you into ischia town for a few euros. A typically quaint Italian hotel."

"Where to start came to Forio on a recommendation by a friend who's Italian, so after Naples and Rome we were looking to relax, you can see the hotel the minute you pull up on the ferry, Location is fantastic, Sea, the boats the beach literally on your doorstep, the town is just gorgeous, boutiques, restaurants everything so close, the hotel is lovely, the rooftop pool and terrace with a view you would never get bored of, The reception staff have been so helpful, telling us the best places to go, We love it so much here we've booked another 2 nights, People on here have complained about the noise in the sea view rooms, don't let that put you off having the sea view room Its an absolute must Katie & Pat Doherty"

"This place is a small, family owned hotel with a pool, a restaurant and is walking distance to bus stops, beaches, cafes, restaurants. I planned to stay one night but under the circumstances I stayed 5 nights. I was grateful they had a room for me last minute. I stayed in a small room with two twin beds and my only complaints was that my bed was so soft it hurt my back and the toilet ran the entire time. They offer breakfast and if you want an Italian dinner you have to order it earlier in the day. I cannot speak Italian and the staff cannot speak English, but communication was manageable and I really appreciated that."

"Staff very courteous and helpful.  Appreciate the view over the sea side from my comfortable bed . Lovely and gorgeous.  Local fresh fruit at breakfast was so nice and the cappuccino made from a Italian espresso machine tasted  really good. Location is fantastic and overall it's very good value for money. Worth it!"

Hotel San Lorenzo Thermal Spa

"Exceptional hotel, had an accident while I was there, (not on the premises) and we were looked after so well by manager and staff. Our rooms were changed to facilitate my injury, taxis to and from the hospital, everything taken care of. The food was fresh and good quality, facilities amazing, 6 pools and all thermal so even though it's May they were warm to swim in. Definitely going back next year."

Park Hotel Terme Mediterraneo

"Quiet hotel in the middle of green garden (very nice cacti), 3 bathpools with thermal water, very good kitchen and friendly staff. Just one stain I had noticed: In the second evening I saw rather big rat in the drive way, but it was just once and never more time."

"All I can say is WOW and Grazie Mille! We had the most wonderful family holiday at Hotel Ideal. Paola was so warm and accommodating to our family of 4 for 8 nights. She has incredibly caring and intuitive energy and she could not have made us feel more comfortable and welcome. Pino was a wonderful host as well for all things food. We loved the thermal pool and the cold pool. The scenery, the pace of daily life, the food, everything was perfect and also a very unique experience! The best holiday we’ve had as a family. We would love to come back one day, we were so sad to leave! Highly recommend staying at Hotel Ideal, it is an unforgettable place and even with 2 small children I felt so relaxed and refreshed every day :)"
