Abbiamo soggirnato solo due giorni per una pausa veloce. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere il centro di Forio oppure per andare al parco termale Poseidon.
Il soggiorno, seppur breve, è stato di puro relax grazie alle piscine termali, sauna e solarium da cui ammirare lo stesso splendido tramonto che si può godere dalla chiesa del soccorso di Forio. Le camere sono perfettamente pulite e la colazione abbondante. Non appena possibile, ci torneremo.

Hotel di categoria, è stata una piacevole sorpresa per godere della bellezza di Ischia. Azzeccata la scelta perché, oltre ad avere tutti i confort (solarium panoramico, piscina, terme e beauty farm, palestra , ampi luoghi per trascorrere una piacevole giornata e una vigna per le.passeggiate) si trova in un luogo non molto affollato di forio, ma non lontano, Giusto il tempo di una passeggiata sul lungomare. La cucina è ricercata e ampia, solo per la cena, mentre a pranzo c'è il servizio di snack bar dove con poco puoi mangiare un piatto semplice ma gustoso (io ho apprezzato la.zingara). La tipologia di camera è molto varia, dal bordo piscina, alla vigna, al vista mare, in ogni angolo del hotel si può godere della pace e del relax che una giornata d'estate richiede. L'unico appunto sulla cura del verde, alcune zone sono volutamente lasciate "brulle" , forse è una caratteristica dell'isola. Anche in altre strutture ho notato la stessa "filosofia", non aspettatevi i giardini all'italiana Col tempo si apprezza anche questo. Il personale è molto gentile, col suo Direttore in primis, sempre presente e pronto a coccolare i suoi clienti. Detto questo lo consiglio vivamente, ci ritornerò di certo.

I can't give it a terrible review because they switched my rooms the next day. BUT, the first room had a gas leak. I could smell it, and they switched us to a tiny room that smelled musty and had one tiny window. So we left the door open but all the mosquitoes got in. The property hasn't been maintained so that's why the reviews are not great. It's quite sad, because the outdoor pools "look" nice, but the tiles are coming off. And finally when we got our big room, you can't even keep the doors open. The beds weren't comfortable. For the price we paid, it was "acceptable" so we stayed another night. Breakfast was super basic, and clearly they didn't have many guests. The nicest person was the guy working at the desk. He was lovely. But our first night there was really terrible. The masseuse was amazing. One of the best I've had. I wish I could give her 10 stars. it would be so costly to renovate this hotel, but it has a lot of potential. Even clay courts if you play tennis. But alas, time has passed and it didn't feel luxurious. The coffee in the morning was also terrible - we couldn't drink it. I hate to write such a bad review, but this hotel is definitely not up to American standards. Uncomfortable beds, rooms that smell. Maybe when the hotel is full, it doesn't feel as "sad" but the price was the reason why we stayed. The weather was terrible with strong winds in Ischia so you couldn't go to the beach or pool.

Not really appreciate being charged for towels for the pool when I was able to return them the same day and they try to charge me for 3 days of Pool towels, also charge for water that we requested in our room, it should be complementary.

Wonderful stay. Great pools, very nice design. Quiet romantic location beside wineyards, several nice restaurants in walking distantce. Very friendly service.

FRAUD. FRAUD. FRAUD. THIS IS NOT A 4 star hotel but a 1 star. It was a 4 star back in 1960. The place is suppose to have a shuttle to get around but it was broken. You have to wear a shower cap in the pool at all times. Also, watch out for the metal chicken wire in the drains because it cut my hand. We stayed in Italy for 28 days and this was the worst hotel of them all. Stay somewhere else unless you like to overpay and stay in a dump.

Hotel il Gattopardo: il peggior hotel in cui ho soggiornato!! L’ ingresso all’ Hotel non è segnalato perciò abbiamo girato in lungo ed in largo per circa un’ora alla ricerca della struttura. La struttura è vecchia e mal tenuta. Scarseggia la pulizia. Copriletto, asciugamani vecchi e strappati. Camere piene di insetti di ogni tipo. Condizionatore non funzionante. Bagni stretti e puzza di fogna. Colazione pessima. Siamo stati costretti a cambiare Hotel. Ho dato una stella ma l’hotel meriterebbe 0. Assolutamente sconsigliato. Non ritornerò mai più.

L'Hotel è situato in una posizione fantastica a solo 1 km dai giardini Poseidon e 1 km da Forio. Si trova sopra la spiaggia della cava. Avevo un brutto ricordo di questa spiaggia in quanto ad agosto non c'era manco lo spazio per un asciugamano, ma a settembre era vivibilissima e il mare, inutile parlarne...il top. Tornando alla struttura, è datata, è vero, ma tutto lo staff è gentilissimo e disponibile. Ci hanno assegnato due camere vista mare, proprio sulle piscine. La sola veduta vale il prezzo pagato. I prezzi sono onestissimi. La piscina principale è tenuta in maniera impeccabile. Acqua limpida . Poi ci sono le piscine termali dove vorrei capirci un po' di più. Acqua calda a 40 °C. Queste hanno un colore verde e marrone che ti lascia perplesso. Trattasi di minerali del sottosuolo con proprietà benefiche. La proprietaria (una signora anziana gentilissima che si vede che conosce tutto nei minimi dettagli) dice che è un acqua miracolosa...non mi ha fatto miracoli, ma magari li fará tra poco. Per la pulizia ho visto sempre personale delle pulizie in giro. Quando ho notato qualcosa, l'ho segnalato e dopo 3 minuti avevano provveduto....la colazione era varia, completa, abbondante e buonissima. Chi scrive male di questo servizio è in mala fede. Complimenti a tutto lo staff
