Excellent location. The hotel is just opposite Florence SMN station with 2 mins walk. There are many restaurants nearby and you can easily find your favorite one. This is a small hotel with just a single floor at the second level. You will hear traffic noise day and night, so the hotel provided ear plug in the amenities. Hotel Reception operates up to 8pm everyday. After that, you need to call 5h3 staff if you need help.

Good location near train station, minutes walk to the street of restaurants. Room is spacious and clean, but it can be a little noisy from the road.

I never leave a review but this one is so nice! Book it!

Super nice, I really wish to stay one more night

地理位置十分好，旁邊就是佛羅倫斯中央車站，附近有很多餐廳及超級市場，非常方便。另外房間非常整潔，員工友善，整體居住感受十分良好。免費提供行李寄存服務，對遊客十分友好。

前台小姐姐，很熱情也很暖心，房間大小還好，乾淨整潔，就在火車站的正對面，交通方便，去各種景點都可以步行到。周圍吃飯的餐廳特別多，可以選擇的也多，樓下就有超市。

前台小姐姐很熱情，和我們講了很清楚房費和税費，還幫忙送行李進房間，地理位置很好，離火車站很近很近，過個馬路就到了，去哪裡都很方便

這是我收藏還會再住的酒店，非常方便，去哪裡都可以走路即達。早餐很精緻！

Room was clean and very close to the train station. It is above the mcdonalds and has big windows facing the street and train station so it is a little noisy which wasn’t a problem for us though. Loved that we were able to check in early and walk everywhere. We had a nice stay.

Location is great close to important points to see, down site is located in a noise street. Service was top of the line.
