Excellent place we lived. Recommend restaurants, the sight spots are close to the apartment. our room is larger than the pic showed. Very cozy and full of art. Cristina is very helpful, she will get back to you asap. So surprise to me that she prepare the welcome gift for us and we enjoyed 3 wonderful nights in Florence.

位置太好了，樓下就是各種小店，🍽️的喝的，衣服小紀念品應有盡有，對面就是一家有名的冰激凌店，白天一直排長隊，晚上很晚還有人排隊，去各個景點走路都不遠，房間裏乾淨舒適配套設施齊全完善，下次來還住這裏。

房間夠大，有洗衣機，燒水壺，小小公寓裏還有電梯，去周邊景點步行10分鐘內都可以到，下樓就有很多餐廳，只是入住在20點後一定要提前聯繫，準備25歐給前台小姐姐作為加班費，去火車站最好下載優步，這裏Taxi不好打，入住時小姐姐會詳細告訴你各種注意事項，有點類似我們的民宿，安全沒有啥問題，垃圾要自己帶下樓。

感覺在現在的弗洛倫薩已經性價比很好啦 雖然不是酒店服務但是東西一應俱全 管家也特別好 提醒一點就是他們前台不是24小時 如果入住不在常規時間最好提前whatsapp/電話聯繫

前台很熱情，推薦的樓下的披薩店很好吃，早到了也讓我們住了，房間很大，酒店蠻新，離哪裡都近可以走路，本身弗洛倫薩也小就是

房間非常寬敞，床舒服，還贈送了紅酒，幫忙叫了taxi，服務很熱情。房間有些黴味，開窗有蚊蟲，廁所比較小一點。

公寓的位置非常好，離領主廣場，烏菲齊步行都是幾分鐘。也屬於比較安全的地段。來之前一直有點擔心佛羅倫薩的治安，但晚上在這個街區行走沒有感到有問題。房間很大，建築本身有600年歷史，但19年經過完全的改造，中間有電梯上到3樓。一家住很寬敞。

Gorgeous apartment style hotel. Perfect location. Clean, quiet, good communication. We loved our time in Florence and this hotel was the perfect place to relax at night and get a good night sleep and get refreshed for the next day. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

7/26/2024. Everything was excellent, it couldn't be better, 👍 it was very clean, confortable , spacious spaces, everything new, and the best location near all the main tourist attractions . The host is the best, she helped us with everything. 10/10 I recommend it.

07/26/24. We went on a family trip, the hotel exceeded our expectations, the host was very friendly and supported us in everything. It is a modern, cozy and clean hotel, it has all the comforts a family could want. The best location. We could see the Duomo from the terrace. I recommend it 100 %

Our stay in Florence was the best experience and comfort, the best hotel we could choose, the host welcomed us very well and answered all our questions. Kayros a hotel has all the comforts, everything is new, everything is in excellent condition. The best location. Highly recommended 7 july 2024

Being a frequent traveler and owning our own vacation property, we pay particular attention to detail of the places we stay. This property far exceeded our expectations and our hopes. Perfectly located minutes from anything you could possibly want to do, extremely clean, highly upgraded and new looking, with all the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. From the moment we made the reservation, our host, German, was at our service. He responded right away, and set up to meet us personally, at the time convenient for us to check in. He was so helpful with all of our questions and needs! We would highly recommend this property! And we can't wait to come back for another stay! Book it today, you will be happy you did!

We recently returned after spending 6 wonderful nights in the Penthouse apartment. First, the staff was super friendly and accommodating with any requests we had. Although they are not there 24/7 they responded to emails very very quickly. The apartment was Very clean, had everything we could need, fast internet (179mbs) washer/dryer, great water pressure. AMAZING location with the Ponte Vecchio, Duomo and grocery store less than 5 minute walks in different directions. We had 2 verandas and an EPIC view of the Duomo. Right outside the front door is an excellent pizzeria, taco shop, restaurant, gelato shop, wine store and down the street are the best sandwich shops and great restaurants. We have no complaints at all and will absolutely be returning here.
