This property does not have equivalent quality of similar cost hotel. The appliance most do not work. Microwave no work. Washing machine no work. AC no work. Hot water sometimes run out.

I had booked a superior apartment, basically because it was the only option on the dates. The apartment was spacious and fairly clean, with a living area and open kitchen, a large bedroom and a bathroom. There is no reception, but very clear access instructions. Id asked to be able to leave my suitcase in the apartment before the check-in time, and this was organised without any issue: dropped my bag with the cleaning staff. The location is ok, but not very central - 15 mins walk to the heart of Florence, a pleasant enough walk if the weather is nice. Overall, a pleasant stay, but due to the location and a fairly high price, I am not sure I would go back

NO HAY ELEVADOR NOS TOCO UN DEPARTAMETO EN EL 3 ER PISO, POR LO TANTO SI VAS CON UNA MALETA CHICA O BACK PACK NO TENDRAS PROBLEMA DE OTRA MANERA NI LO INTENTES, ESCALERAS SUCIAS OBSCURAS Y ANGOSTAS, UNA VEZ DENTRO DE EL DEPARTAMENTO ESTA BIEN, PERO EL ACCESO ES TERRIBLE.

El apartamento tiene todo tipo de detalles y está muy bien decorado. La ubicación es muy buena para visitar Florencia y a unos 10 minutos de la estación de tren de Santa María Novella. Todos son facilidades por parte del anfitrión para hacer el el check-in o pago de las tasas. Todo está digitalizado y funciona muy bien. Solo le falta mejorar la escalera principal del edificio y el ascensor.
