Very near to the train station, skip the breakfast and u r better off with breakfast at Mac which is opposite the hotel. Do note that reception knocks off at 10pm, but it’s ok. They will teach u how to open the gate. Room was super huge, not sure if they gave us an upgrade. Clean and comfortable

Difficult to find the hotel entrance if you're driving. Small room , easily to excess the shops and eatery around.

Excellent location，close to railway station and most scenery spots. Lots of restaurants n supermarkets nearby. The entrance to the hotel parking area is really really really challenging.

Stayed here for 2 night. The hotel was located in a very good location, near to the Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station with only few minutes walk. There were Mcd, restaurants and convenient stores nearby the hotel. It was near to the Mercato Centrale too. All the attractions can be reached by walking. Lift landing was available in the hotel. The receptionist was very nice and friendly. He welcomed us during the first day we touched down and greets us every day. The room was so spacious. Overall it was a really good experience staying in this hotel.👍👍👍

Good location. Easy assess to public transport and shoppong area.

Nice hotel and service, can walk to all the attractions and near with train station

Great location. Two blocks from Mercato Centrale. Also walking distance from the railway station. The hotel is within an inner courtyard and it is quiet even though it is in a busy area.

The best hotel in Florence

酒店很小，同一座大樓里居然有4家不同酒店。但位置優越，估計距離佛羅倫薩中央車站和巴士站都衹有二百米左右，周邊廣場和博物館都可以腿着去，非常方便。我們從巴士站坐大巴去錫耶納，來回很順利。 酒店房間不大，設施比較簡陋，沒熱水壺、沒一次性拖鞋，洗漱用品要自備，衞生間刷牙的杯子沒有提供，衹給了兩個一次性的塑料杯。水吧每天有2瓶免費水。相比酒店較簡陋的設施就凸顯房價貴了，性價比偏低。 大約因為酒店很小，早餐的品種比較少，沒什麼可選擇的，乏善可陳。酒店出門就有2家可吃點中歺的店。 總之這家酒店以地段位置為亮點。 

위치는 역에서 가까워서 편리했고 프론트는 한정된 시간에만 열리는것 같아요 트윈요청했는데 반영이 안되어있어서 아쉬웠어요

Отель расположен в центре ,недалеко от вокзала ,метров 150, в номере убирались каждый день , номер просторный и чистый ,все понравилось

酒店位置很好，坐火車、逛百花大教堂、烏菲茲美術館都很方便，還可以去逛附近的中央集市，那裡的牛肚包很好吃。

我們從羅馬過來到酒店已經9點多了，有一個扎小辮的男人在打電話，我們辦理入住。因為開車請他幫忙找一個停車的地方。他説我們沒有提前預約停車，我説是的，因為我們臨時改變計劃租車，還是請他幫忙。經過商量停在他們院內交20歐元的停車費用。我們也同意了。結果停車的時候沒有聽他的指令他就火了，而且我們聊天的時候笑了一下。他就生氣，非要我們把車開走，説啥都不同意。又不給我們退房，還不幫忙找停車場，最後衹好把車開走停在停車場（其實離酒店很近）這個男人的態度太差了，而且剛愎自用。出國這麼多次，第一次遇到這種人，非常掃興！就這個人的態度也不推薦住宿這家酒店。

E' stato un soggiorno piacevole. L'albergo è in un'ottima posizione, a due passi dalla stazione Santa Maria Novella. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile. Camera molto pulita (soffitto altissimo), anche il bagno. L'unica annotazione : il bagno è davvero molto piccolo.
