DO NOT GO THERE!! Extremely horrible stay! Not worth the money, badly renovated old home, careless and rude staff and owner!!! Ruined our beautiful Florence experience. We always make sure to book a hotel with AC in the summer and this hotel supposedly had AC. We booked an apartment with two rooms for two nights and was relatively expensive. The first night was extremely hot that my one year old kept crying at night as one the rooms didn’t even have a window and that’s when the AC was supposedly working. The next morning the ACs stopped working in both rooms and kept blinking or more like crying for maintenance. We contacted the owner Maurizio who was very rude and unprofessional. He said he won’t fix the AC and we are free to leave and he will refund the second night. We couldn’t breathe in that sad grey lightless dungeon and had to leave and find another hotel at 5:00pm and pay twice for the same night. He asked us not to write a bad review and that he had good intentions and will refund our money back. Of course that was a LIE we never got our money back and he totally ignored us. It seems that he still didn’t fix the AC as I saw another review with the same problem.

Do not book this. My worst mistake, i booked an apartment with two rooms for two nights. The owner is careless and does not care about any issues in the room. The first night the ACs were working but not cooling and we had to sleep half naked and sweating. The next morning, the ACs stopped working in the two rooms, and it felt like we lived in an oven. The ACs were blinking, and manitenance was required. I called the owner, and he was extremely rude and unhelpful and accused me of not being able to turn on an AC. He told me to move out as he will not fix the AC, and he would refund the night and did not offer any compensation . I had booked two rooms and one had no windows and it was very hot and didnt look anything like the pictures. It was a horrible experience, and I had to leave at 5:00pm with my kids without a place to stay. I was lucky to find an availability and had to pay twice for the same night. The owner kept stalling and asked me not to post a negative review and in exchange will refund my one night stay out of the two. I contacted Booking for a refund, and they told me that the owner did not refund. The owner stopped responding.

Posto eccellente, servizio impeccabile, camere curate nei dettagli. Le finestre affacciano sull’arno e a piedi si raggiunge il centro di Firenze e i migliori ristoranti. materassi comodissimi, frigo bar con bevande gratuite. Wi fi veloce e gratuito. Lo consiglio
