The hotel is very old and not well maintained. The room was dark and had some spiders and cobwebs. The corner was full of dust. It's the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in Banff. There was no Internet or cell phone reception in the room. There was only one restaurant to eat at, which was expensive and very modest. I'm never going back there.

Nice quiet get away from everything. Made sure I had plenty of fire starters for in my room as well as everything else. Was blown away by the friendliness of the staff. Good place to relax with a good book and some music.

非常驚艷的體驗，有幸住在臨湖第一排的房間，相比較banff、jasper住過的其他酒店，才充分感覺到這個酒店的性價比有多高，以後再來banff其他酒店就不去了！

晚餐味道较好，早餐選擇不算豐富服務亦有提升空間 窗外有湖景，房間雖然有些陳舊，但寬敞、環境壁爐體驗感良好 前台工作人員十分熱情友善

Отличное месторасположения отеля, в горах на первой линии у озера, дизайн номеров 3/5, не понравилось что на территории отеля дорога и парковка автомобилей.

雖然停車場離酒店大約15分鐘步行，但酒店安排24小時接駁巴士。 酒店內只有大堂及餐廳有Wi-Fi ，餐廳食物質素一流，有意外驚喜。職員亦好友善。 酒店房可以望到湖，令我心情舒暢。 下次一定會再來。

酒店的景色一流，飯店的口味也很棒，就是沒有信號！除了酒店大堂！Check In 時間太長！等了半天！小木屋需要自己生火，冬天沒有火就比較冷，房間的暖氣好像不給力！

The hot tub was fantastic up to 4 years ago, then the hot tub was shut down for years and now just recently rebuilt and reopened. Well they replaced a large stainless steel tub with great sight lines with a puny plastic one that maybe seats 5 people sitting very close togerher. For ages this resort was known for it large outdoor door tub and now the new one is a profound disappointment. Not even worth using.

the area was amazing lots to do hike , snow show, ski fire places in the room, dinning was amazing. Only issue we stayed there 2 plus years ago and the hot tub was under renovations and to our surprise is still under renovations. Also when we booked we were to receive a $25.00 in room credit for the 2 rooms we booked and that did not happen ???

I arrived and the hotel I booked wasn’t available and I was downsized into something that didn’t accommodate me at all. I traveled 4 hours to get here

Our stay at Emerald Lake Lodge exceeded our expectations. The location was absolutely breathtaking and the rooms were cozy, clean and well equipped. My only suggestion would be a more streamlined process for check out as there was only one shuttle causing a long line taking us back to our vehicles. Perhaps a sign up process so we could have enjoyed a coffee while we waited and queued when it was our turn? Otherwise superb and we can’t wait to return.
