It was the worst and dirtiest hostel in my life. I couldn't spend the night there. Dirt everywhere. I couldn't sleep there, so I booked another hotel. I hope to get my money back.

There was a hidden fees of 5€ on top of the taxes that were for the sheets

so dirty and noisy you should choice another hostel bed is uncomfortable

Ottima posizione, comoda per la stazione, la metro, tram, bus quindi ottimo collegamento verso il centro (raggiungibile in pochissimo tempo). Servizi abbastanza carenti come carente è la pulizia da polvere; il bagno era invece fortunatamente pulito.

插座離床位有距離，睡覺時不敢手機放那充電。廁所門鎖很簡陋，飯店大門跟房間都沒有門卡，任何人都可以自由進出，要住這的需三思唷！

其實還不錯，也挺寬敞的，靠近地鐵站，小風扇就在那嗚嗚嗚地吹，我玩那幾天挺熱，不過也夠用了，這個價格超級便宜

定的四人間女生，非説定的混合間，然後被強行換到六人間女生，差價不退。然後房間很冷，毯子很薄，暖氣不開，太差了。

商家連床位有無其他人都搞不清，剛躺下就來了個人説這是他的床位！

老闆人非常nice！！推薦性價比超高！！

The worst place ever, everything was terrible. Even when you arrive they give you the sheets and you have to make your own bed, but that is not even the most serious thing: the staff disrespectful, they don't even say hello. The lady in charge (about 45 years old) and the other 2 men in charge of the reception, very inefficient and unfriendly. Also, the place was like an horror film, there is no cleaning service (so they actually never clean the rooms and bathrooms, only the boss lady comes by to change the garbage bags in the rooms and bathrooms (and that is all that is done)), they played loud music early in the morning, erverything was dusty and dirty. The kitchen was an horror, full of plates and cutlery with food leftovers, the bathrooms without paper or soap and very filthy. The place is always open to anyone who wants to enter from the street, there is no control and no security. The rooms were a complete disaster, a terrible dirty smell, and I could still go on.... Please. Pay a little extra and go somewhere else, any other will be better than this one. This place is really disgusting. A personal item that I had left at the front desk (my umbrella) disappeared and no one took care of it and no one gave me a solution, they just ignored the problem. If I were to give it a grade, they really deserve a zero (0). I don't know how they allow such a place to operate. DO NOT GO. Il posto peggiore in assoluto, tutto era terribile. Già all'arrivo ti danno le lenzuola e devi rifarti il letto da solo, ma questa non è nemmeno la cosa più grave: il personale è irrispettoso non saluta nemmeno. La signora responsabile (circa 45 anni) e gli altri 2 uomini adetti alla reception, molto inefficenti e poco amichevoli. Inoltre, il posto era come un film dell'orrore, non c'è un servizio di pulizia (quindi non puliscono mai le camere e i bagni, solo la signora responsabile dell'ostello viene a cambiare i sacchetti dell'immondizia nelle camere e nei bagni (e questo è tutto ciò che viene fatto)), suonavano musica ad alto volume la mattina presto, tutto era polveroso e sporco. La cucina era un orrore, piena di piatti e posate con avanzi di cibo, i bagni senza carta o sapone e molto sporchi. Il posto è sempre aperto a chiunque voglia entrare dalla strada, non c'è nessun controllo e nessuna sicurezza. Le camere erano un disastro completo, un terribile odore di sporco, e potrei ancora continuare.... Per favore. Pagate un po' di più e andate da un'altra parte, qualsiasi altra sarà migliore di questa. Questo posto è davvero disgustoso. Un oggetto personale che avevo lasciato alla reception (il mio ombrello) è scomparso e nessuno se ne è occupato e nessuno mi ha dato una soluzione, hanno semplicemente ignorato il problema. Se dovessi dare un voto, meriterebbero davvero uno zero (0). Non so come facciano a permettere a un posto del genere di operare. NON ANDATE. El peor sitio de todos, todo era horrible.
