Jacuzzi tub jets pushed out lots of black flakes. No room cleaning on some nights. Bed was comfortable. Large room.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful, but the room we were in had a broken heater fan that made a very loud noise (off and on) throughout the night, which kept us awake for many hours.

Traveling for Christmas holiday and arrived early and we we able to check in early which my husband really appreciated.
The Inn was one of the best places we’ve stayed at and would highly recommend it. It is walkable to the downtown shops and
the breakfast place right next door(Percy’s) was excellent.
All in all a great experience all around.

Amenity fee for what?? Ants in the bathroom is an amenity??? Never again will I stay here. It has gone downhill and now AMENITY FEES FOR absolutely NOTHING!!!

We had a great stay!! The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect, a short walk to Falmouth center and Main Street shops and restaurant's. Also right on the scenic walking/ bike trail that goes to Woods Hole. We will definitely return to this hotel

Smelly room and dirty sheets that I had to change myself because the cleaning lady was not available!!! When we arrived the entrance was packed with weird customers that looked scary! Customer representative didn’t know what he was doing obviously! It was so disappointing and I think that the reviews are not accurate.
