Great hotel. Food is top notch. Gym is nice too.

Excellent staff. Checking in is always a breeze. rooms are clean, spacious, and offers everything a business traveler needs. The restaurant on site is superb. The selections in the free breakfast are always delicious!

酒店環境非常好，房間夠大商務出行完全滿足。一樓早餐廳晚餐也營業，意大利風味非常好吃😋也不便宜。唯一的遺憾是我住那間411非常不隔音🤦但是小夥伴的房間都沒有我的困擾

前一天在EWR的Holiday Inn Express被現場直播飛機起降一晚上，第二天果斷逃到小鎮Fairfield。一定要有車，而且有高速費，可以網上繳費，異常方便。駕車EWR和NYC差不多都半小時車程，但是去NYC方向要過Tunnel，堵成狗，高峯期要1小時。 被酒店蛋糕房吸引，房間忘記拍照，但存活下來的BW Plus經常出差的人不太會失望。 早餐現場，有墨籍大媽給煎蛋，味道好極了。 小鎮，喜歡購物，對餐館要求高的旅客就不推薦。開車10分鐘倒是有家Macy's.

Clean room, the bed was very comfortable, front desk was friendly and efficient. Restaurant on site was good. I felt safe here traveling alone.

Check in was very easy though I pulled in very late in the night. Room had all the facilities mentioned, was clean and good size. Staff was extremely helpful and the hot breakfast in the morning topped it all. Will recommend this to others

Everything was great! Stayed.for a night after a wedding. Shuttle service was offered from the venue to the hotel. Shuttle was early, and departed in a timely manner. Front desk was excellent and very polite. Check in was done with ease. Staff was very courteous, friendly, and helpful. All of the staff said hello with a smile if you passed them in the hall for example. All areas of the hotel and the rooms were cleaned immaculately, and maintained as so. Breakfast was great. The only negative thing I can say, is that both the hotel hallways and rooms were very warm. I heard this from numerous guests as well. I had no other choice but to turn the AC on in February, but overall, excellent visit! I highly recommend it if you need to stay in the area!

Toilet was t working properly. Carpet was just cleaned but it left a smell of the cleaner used in the room. Temperature in bathroom was very hot...

The room was nice and clean. The hotel was quiet and staff was very good. It seems that they pump some sort of potpourri through the vents because it was strong, didn't fade and infiltrated my clothes and luggage. It gave me a migrane - I am very allergic to fragrances. This will impact my decision about staying there again.

This Best Western is always on point. The staff is amazing, rooms are always clean and the omelette station in the morning is the perfect way to start the day!!

I always like staying at this hotel when I come home to visit family. There were at least 4 wedding groups staying but it was still quiet in my room. My only complaint is about ******* who quoted me a price under $200 when I ordered the room. I never thought to check the confirmation as I never had this problem before. When I checked out the price was over $300

They cook the egg omelette in front of you! Fresh warm delicious!
