Ambience was nice.... Restaurant was good.. Swimming pool was good n it was safe for kids also.. overall nice hotel to stay with good ambience.... Staffs wer also very humble.. reception staffs suhana , ajmel n aditya were very cooperative

Having a really nice stay at the moment. Super friendly staff who greets every morning and evening when heading for work. Would definitely recommend for travellers looking for safe haven away from home. P.s. food is also pretty good. North Indian 10/10.

Had a great stay at ginger hotel staff were very helpful when I had things go wrong. Especially Amul and Suhana. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet on one of my mornings here and it was well priced and with good variety. I stayed for four nights and when I checked out they even assisted me with a taxi to my next location

Comfortable stay, this hotel is well connected with Kochi Metro MG. Road station. Also in heart of the city. There is no shortcomings in the stay. Everything was good. The breakfast was sumptuous and one of the tastiest I ever had in Kerala compared to all hotels I stayed so far. Overall I would rate this hotel: 5/5 with respect to location, comfort and safety.

A lovely hotel. Nice and modern with very polite staff. A lovely reception and restaurant area and great food. Being on a quiet side street just 50m or so from Mohatma Gandhi Rd in downtown Kochi and within easy walkable distance of MG Road metro station, it’s well situated. Many restaurants including Thaal Kitchen and Centre Square shopping mall are nearby, too.
