Ulasan El Cielo Resort

We booked a Jr. Suite with one bed. Once we arrived, we were told that we were upgraded to a master suite (yay!!!). The suite was awesome, the service was excellent, and we were treated like royalty. Will definitely stay again!

The service was amazing from the pickup to at the boarder to everything at the hotel. I would highly recommend

Some amenities such as the fireplace was difficult to operate and housekeeping services not available when needed. Calling the lobby by telephone was lengthy and inconvenient

The matresses weren't confortable, being too soft. The doors tend to vibrate everytime someone else in the other rooms opens o closes their doors. We actually thought somebody was entering our room in a pair of ocations.also it seems that the personal doesn't communicate with each other, I receive a call offering to clean my room when it was already cleaned. Some of the people in my group received cookies at the entrance, others had an upgrade in room category and my room didn't receive cookies nor water the first day...it was a little bit incoherent. The service in the restaurant and the transportation was great.

The staff was very welcoming. We reserved a junior suite, but we were upgraded for FREE to a Master Suite because I completed my booking with Orbitz. The master suite was the size of an apartment. It had 2 full bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a fireplace, a jacuzzi, and an outdoor patio with the outdoor place too. It was an amazing experience. I highly recommend EL CIELO!! Thank you for an unforgettable experience!!

Love the peace and quiet. Breakfast is really good, the villas are very pretty. Didnt like that everything is too far away. Beds need renovation, we were a party of 10 people and we all agree that beds neef to be updated. Also the villa I stayed, when another room open their door, my bathroom and fan light turned on by itself.

An absolutely beautiful property - gorgeous, modern, well-appointed charming and quiet. The service was excellent, and there were many nice touches. Highly recommend this for a luxurious stay in the Valle.

El Cielo is a very nice place to relax. It is on the expensive side but you get what you pay for. The master suite was very nice and large. The bathrooms are excellent. The bed was excellent. The sheets and pillows are premium as well as the bath towels. The people are friendly and the service is excellent. The birds outside in the morning are delightful as well as the frogs and other pond life at night. It’s a first class experience overall. The roads surrounding the resort need to be repaired due to numerous pot holes, but overall I highly recommend El Cielo resort.

Everyone was super friendly. They provide us with amazing service. The hotel is very nice, peaceful, comfortable and clean.

Everything was absolutely great. Angel was very helpful, he also gave us a free bottle of wine and a free glass. The room was very clean and a great view. We open our room and ohh surprise, full of birthday decorations and a cake for my friends birthday , all free ❤️
