The worst hotel that we have ever stayed at. The hotel put us in the wrong room after we arrived. The first night the power went out in the entire hotel at midnight . Also the room that we were put in had the air conditioning system broken and bathroom door had squeak noise. The breakfast was poor and staff lied and gave us attitude after my wife asked for a banana and one staff member said that it would be available the next day and it wasn’t. I had asked but the staff said we could leave if we didn’t like the breakfast. The worst service and most rude staff ever. We will never go back to this hotel ever again.

They are very friendly at the reception and the buffet. However, the restaurant at night seemed to me to be overpriced for a steak that was delivered wrongly 4 times. It had no flavor, I expected more for $450 pesos for 1 cut. Bad. The buffet opens at 6:30 am, and if it is a business hotel it should open at 6:00 am or have basic food services from 5-6 am, for people who have an early flight or other commitment.

The included breakfast was very poor in taste and quality. What is worth the hotel is the location. Apart from that, I did not feel like returning.

This hotel may be relatively old, the bathroom decoration is relatively old, and the smell of sewers is always coming up. What's better is the breakfast, which is rich in variety and delicious. The staff's service is also very good. Overall, it's okay. The room is big and the bed is very soft~

The hotel has complete facilities and comfortable living.

房間整體還算好，就是馬桶不太好用，又老又費水，別的都還好。樓下餐廳環境還行。也不算很貴，比去世貿中心吃飯稍微便宜一點。大家訂的時候最好先問清楚不要訂12號房間，窗小的要命，
